Very clean room, nice views, free access to lounge, fantastic breakfast, complementary herbal tea and addtional breakfast menu as a long stay customer. People are very nice here - thank you and well done!!

Satisfied, satisfied! The view from the 19th-floor terrace is absolutely beautiful. The Nunu Chicken from Hakata Station is also delicious cold, perfect to bring back to the room and enjoy with a drink! ^_^

Hotel opened in April 2025, almost brand new. Good size room with coffee machine. Great location near to my work venue. It’s also not too far to walk to Nakasu and Ohiri Park. Most importantly this hotel has one of the best shower pressure.

The location is fantastic! I usually dread dragging my luggage to and fro the subway; Gate is actually just 2-3 min walk from Tenjin subway! It’s sheltered and connected to the main malls, such as Daimaru, Tenjin underground mall, Acros, etc. The interesting thing is that the lobby is at the highest floor, Level 19, which you need to access before you can go down to Level 1. Room is quite spacious and there’s ice machine available on every floor (I presume). Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The main draw would be the location though - it can’t get any more accessible than this!

The location is fantastic, with direct elevator access to the subway and Tenjin Underground Mall. It's right next to Parco Annex and Shin Tenjin, and just one block away from Mina, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The 19th-floor reception offers a beautiful view of Fukuoka Tower. The breakfast is also very unique; the Japanese breakfast is delicious, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. In short, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tenjin.

Excellent location: convenient for shopping and transportation. The front desk is on the 19th floor. Elevator B2 goes directly to the subway station. Large shopping malls are all nearby.
