"Location is fantasic! Breakfast is great! Room is very very small for price paid. Room deco is very dated, and not enough lightning. Dont even have kettle or proper glasses. Air-con is so cold and keeps blowing onto face. Had very bad sleep all 3 nights i was there. Receptionist no smile. Looks like people owned them money. No amenities. Honestly, for EUR300+/night, i had expected more of it."

"The hotel has a very good location and then the good ends. It is also just at the elevator door where all guests pass at all hours and next to the hotel's kitchen so it is very noisy at all hours. In addition, the windows provide an indoor patio that serves as a rest area for the kitchen staff so there is no intimacy if the gardens are not closed all day. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable."

"The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, so you can drop off your bags and start exploring right away. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, but the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak."

"The hotel is well located for the Rialto bridge, that is its main attribute. It is old, as expected, and the rooms/bathroom/lift are all showing their age, but with such a building there is inevitably a difficulty in modernising it and holidaymakers should expect this. We did not eat evening meals in the restaurant, with so much choice around us, but had the continental breakfast -  average, not worth changing your plans for, carbs, carbs, and more carbs. All in all, I would stay there again, for the location"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, making it very convenient for trips to Rome and Florence. There are also many boat terminals nearby for scenic boat tours, so transportation is a breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even provided a free map of Venice. The morning service staff were attentive and thorough. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was clean and well-equipped with plenty of power outlets (though adapters are needed). The central air conditioning provides both heating and cooling. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Besides shampoo and shower gel, they also provided body lotion, which was a very thoughtful touch. The heated towel rack was a fantastic detail, ensuring warm towels every time – they really think of the guests! The entire room was very spacious, and the facilities were brand new. The family suite has a unique design and can accommodate four people, offering good privacy."

"Super well located hotel clean, but decoration from another age, does the job if your goal is to move all day and you are just looking for a place to sleep. Be careful the tourist tax is mandatory in cash and to be paid before the key is handed over ... and no exemption even if you arrive after a 2 hour delay, you got caught in the rain, it is 11:30 p.m. and you have to go out again to find an ATM"
