"The hotel was very clean overall, and I didn't see any bugs. It also looked quite new. There weren't many food options on the street right outside, but if you turn right and walk to the next street, you'll find plenty of places to eat within a 10-minute walk."

Wifi was Bad atleast in my room and i tried different options. For the discount price I can give for the Suite 7/10. For full price 5/10! Location a little difficult to access because of the construction..."

"I loved it so much that I can’t wait to return. I loved the breakfast buffet. The best I have had in the last 10 years. I would come back for the breakfast buffet. But also the room and the service was excellent! The bubur with the cattle crackle gulai I kept going for and the jamu herbal shot station was also an amazing addition . All the staff were so friendly. Check in and check out was seamless!"

"Stayed here two years ago and had a good experience. This time, they didn't provide bottled mineral water. And even though I booked a twin room, it turned out to be a king-size room when I checked in. They then told me there were no twin rooms available and proceeded to separate the beds right there. All these actions left a bad impression."

I was especially touched by the thoughtful little details and the personalised setup in the room the pharmacy-themed deco was such a fun and unexpected surprise! 💊😂 You could really tell the team put in effort to make the stay special. The only tiny con would be the room lighting, it’s really cosy and relaxing, but maybe a little too cosy when you’re trying to do your makeup 😂 A brighter vanity/makeup light would definitely be a plus! Overall, really enjoyed my stay and truly appreciate the effort from the team. "Budget friendly for such a convenient and great location. You're next to SCBD via car which is a popular jakarta gen z place. And tbh the hotel is inside the mall so enter the mall to get to the hotel lobby (i was so confused at first) the mall is lowkey mid BUT it has everything, a decent supermarket downstairs with a bunch of food stalls, a chagee nearby the lobby, a guardian (like watsons ig), sociolla (ALL THE CUTE TRENDY MAKEUP SKINCARE), and my fav People's Cafe (affordable Indonesian food!!!) right by the lobby - also a senayan indo restaurant on 2nd floor. Its not a place to shop clothes or fun stuff but def perfect for eating!!!! Besides just take a car to Grand Indo which isnt too far. Also i highkey didnt like the basic rooms tho, just get the skyview rooms at this point with the windows. Thats wat theyre known for and its def worth it. Otherwise the lower cheaper rooms are pretty meh, barely even a window. Well at least its clean ig. Im def coming here but gnna book the better rooms (the ones with the huge aaa windows) for sure"
