Wifi was Bad atleast in my room and i tried different options. For the discount price I can give for the Suite 7/10. For full price 5/10! Location a little difficult to access because of the construction..."

"I loved it so much that I can’t wait to return. I loved the breakfast buffet. The best I have had in the last 10 years. I would come back for the breakfast buffet. But also the room and the service was excellent! The bubur with the cattle crackle gulai I kept going for and the jamu herbal shot station was also an amazing addition . All the staff were so friendly. Check in and check out was seamless!"

"Stayed here two years ago and had a good experience. This time, they didn't provide bottled mineral water. And even though I booked a twin room, it turned out to be a king-size room when I checked in. They then told me there were no twin rooms available and proceeded to separate the beds right there. All these actions left a bad impression."

"Had such a lovely stay at Ashley Hotel Tanah Abang! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the ambience was so nice, calm and relaxing. I was especially touched by the thoughtful little details and the personalised setup in the room the pharmacy-themed deco was such a fun and unexpected surprise! 💊😂 You could really tell the team put in effort to make the stay special. The only tiny con would be the room lighting, it’s really cosy and relaxing, but maybe a little too cosy when you’re trying to do your makeup 😂 A brighter vanity/makeup light would definitely be a plus! Overall, really enjoyed my stay and truly appreciate the effort from the team.
