GGuest UserI have had a great experience at the Brits hotel. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel room is clean and has a nice view. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is a minibar is missing in the standard room and the executive room. Also the room is not cleaned everyday and I have to ask for toilet paper as it has not been replenished. Also the room I stayed for the first few nights is a little noisy as it’s the end room and next to the aircon block. I changed to another room and it’s much better thanks to the awesome staff. I would give it 9/10.

YYovani MillerGreat stay so far. The bathroom was a lil bit dirty because the water leaking from the little shower. It supposed to be fixed soon. One additional point, the positive ones, is that, there is a massage seat in the pantry now. It is very useful for many travellers or tourists. The great thing in here is the access. Right in front of the hotel, theres many museums and foods eveerywhere. It is crowded at night but it is a good thing for a tourist spot or entertainment. The staff is helpful. At first check in, the AC is not cool so I need to go to reception to make a complain, but it was handled professionally by the male staff. Thank you for everything

AAnonymous UserClose to the airport, so no worries about traffic, which is great for business travelers. You can get to the mall through a small door on the first floor. The room was very clean, but there was no comb provided, so you'll need to bring your own. Everything else was good. I bought a lot of coffee, it was excellent!

I’ve stayed here many times for staycations, and honestly, it never disappoints. The food is always delicious (one of my favorite parts!), the ambience is warm and आराम—perfect for unwinding—and the staff? Always incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for.
But what makes this hotel even more meaningful is the memories attached to it. This was where I held my wedding, so it will always have a special place in my heart. That’s why every wedding anniversary, we choose to come back here—to relive those beautiful moments in the same place where it all began.
For me, it’s not just a hotel. It’s a place full of memories, comfort, and happiness. And that’s why I’ll always keep coming back

Ffang001206I booked a two-night stay here due to its proximity to my client's office. To be fair, the room was quite spacious, and there's a swimming pool. The facilities seemed decent enough at first glance. However, the cleanliness was far from satisfactory. To my dismay, I spotted a cockroach in the room on the very first night. I'm not sure if it was an isolated incident, but overall, my experience was quite disappointing. This hotel seems to cater primarily to tour groups; every day, I saw tour buses and mountains of luggage. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers or those on business trips.

RrwngThe hotel is very well located in Central Jakarta, but unfortunately, there is a construction of Jakarta MRT in front of the hotel.
Jalan Gajah Mada & Hayam Wuruk (the long street stretch where Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada is located) are recommended not to be visited by local Transport Authority because of MRT construction (as of 19 - 20 Des 2025).
The room is very dim lit, triggering the question if the hotel is used for the entertainment associated with the surrounding.
The toilet door & flush are damaged.
Some power sockets don't work. We could use the heater in water jug to make tea & coffee.
The hotel is supposed to be nice but may need further maintenance.
We wanted to visit the conserved & gazetted former House of Chinese Leader in Batavia, that's the reason of staying this hotel. But, we couldn't do that as we got food poisoning.
We checked out early at 8am because we needed to go for doctor. The receptionist seems to show no care to someone suffering from food poisoning, offered no help and collected the room cards. Perhaps, it's not part of hotel's SOP.
We like the view from the high floor and could see many skyscrapers of Jakarta, very interesting
We ike the spacious hotel room, especially we are family traveller.
I hope the hotel could maintain it's famous name as an Accor Hotel and may visit again if there are improvements. Otherwise, Ascott Hotels may be my choice.

Bboon22Room is small but ok. Cheap but the breakfast is cold and limited. Walkable to Chinatown Glodok, Komuter Jakarta Kota - Bogor (Red line), and busway... Disruption to water supply for bathing during the stay is disappointing though.

MMam LandosI stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.
