"Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel’s location made it easy to visit local attractions. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!”
convenience shop family Mart downstairs"
"Although it's an older hotel, I think it's been well-maintained. If you're considering staying at a 2- or 3-star hotel nearby, this one is definitely worth the extra few hundred yen. It had amenities like a refrigerator, and the showerhead was handheld, not fixed. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. I later stayed at another hotel in the Kota area – a new yellow hotel with a similar price and higher ratings – but the room there was small, the walls were thin, and despite good amenities and breakfast, it wasn't a relaxing stay."
"Stay with my family here. A bit of let down because of the breakfast is not tasty and kind a sad! Maybe because not many guests taking their breakfast and the area seems very dark and old. And i find the swimming pool water a bit cloudy which is unclean."
"We are extend another 3 nights due our first 3 nights was satisfied and wonderful. But there is some minor issues this time, we are request for a room no 26 at 15/16 floor so we could have a better pool view but FOA George lying about room no 26 below 20 floor are all twin bed none are king bed, I didn't expect a renowed hotel would lying to the guests just because don't want to bother to help. He is too naive for thinking we are first time staying at hotel, we then ask another staff and bingo get the king bed room at 18 floor and she confirm all room number 26 for all floor are king bed. But overall we are very enjoying our stay, just a pity there is some staff ruin hotel hard build reputation. F&B staffs is the best, we order room service and the foods really delicious and not pricey. Next time we would happy to stay here again,"
"Hotel was good with pool but the location is terrible outside a lot of people not friendlier with tourists, robbers, homeless
Hotel is ok if you want travel with taxi or grab but is not for alone walking and exploring"
"The hotel isn't in a particularly lively area, and there's not much to do around at night. Luckily, the pool and gym are great, so you can really relax on-site. The breakfast spread is extensive, but there aren't enough seats. It looked like the restaurant was gradually opening up more dining areas as more guests arrived. I got to the restaurant at an awkward time and had to wait a while to find a seat. Although there's a bathtub, the water pressure in the shower is insufficient."
"The room was great, and there are plenty of food options nearby, including many late-night food stalls. There's a 24-hour supermarket right below the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool was fantastic."
"If you’re looking for a staycation spot that strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury, Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk is an easy recommendation.
From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels calm and welcoming—exactly what you want when you’re trying to disconnect from the daily grind. The rooms are consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with just the right blend of modern style and cozy warmth. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely relax without feeling like you’re missing out on city energy.
One of the standout advantages is its strategic location. Sitting in the heart of Jakarta, it gives you seamless access to culinary spots, shopping areas, and key attractions—yet somehow still manages to feel like a quiet retreat once you’re inside.
The service is another strong point. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. It creates a smooth, hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out, which makes a big difference for a staycation.
Breakfast is worth highlighting too. The variety is solid, with a mix of local Indonesian dishes and international options, making it easy to start your day on a good note.
Overall, Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk delivers a reliable, high-quality staycation experience. It’s not trying to be overly flashy—and that’s exactly its strength. It focuses on doing the essentials exceptionally well, which is why it keeps me coming back."
"What really impressed me about Spark was that the hotel rooms are being renovated. The only minor drawback is the lack of a hand-held showerhead. It's a shame that not all the Deluxe rooms have been updated yet."
"This is definitely the place to stay if you want to stay near a walkable area in Jakarta more precisely near the Old town Batavia. The room offers you everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I truly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again."

Great
GGuest UserWe loved our stay in Bobopod. The pod is well made & maintained. Also the lights could be easily adjusted. Plus point would be the additional sound of forest or river. The common room is clean, as well as toilets & shower. Personals are also friendly. Location is topnotch in the heart of Kota Tua. It would be better tho if we got ear plugs. But in overall we would love to stay @ Bobopod again.
GGuest UserIm booking around 10 rooms with 2 rooms of breakfast and also dinners, but when i arrive at the hotel. the receptionist said that the dinner food already removed since dec 2025. What i mean is why from the hotel didnt tell or inform it from the application before i arrive. thats the most dissapoint things from it
ZZoom Explore^^My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem was excellent overall. The hotel is new and clean, with a modern business design that feels both comfortable and high-quality. The room was tidy and spacious, the bed was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well during my stay.
The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Taman Palem commercial area and the airport. There are malls, food streets, and convenience stores nearby, making it a great spot for both business trips and layovers. Getting to the airport is also relatively easy, saving a good amount of time.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including both Indonesian local dishes and international options, and the food was delicious. The staff were professional and friendly, making the entire check-in to check-out process very smooth.
EEason_CSThe room is spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable environment with a great view from the window. It's perfect for family trips, couples' getaways, and even business travel. Overall, a fantastic stay.
QQMA travelsWe booked this hotel as it is near to Jakarta airport and we have an early flight 530am to catch, the next day. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer even at 3am!
We also requested for a morning call at 230am and it was delivered on time.
As for room condition, no complaints as the standard was good as per Citadines brand.
Will stay here again if we had to catch an early flight the next time.
AAnonymous UserRThis stay was such a delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes away from the airport, big shopping malls, and the lively PIK area. The room was spotless and cozy, with a perfectly working, cool AC. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean, making the whole experience feel refreshing and comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay that I’d happily recommend!
RRegina RosalineIt was my first staycation ever, and staying at Ciputra was a pleasant.
Check in & check out was smooth.
All staff were nice, even the housekeeper greeted me on the hall way.
Old building yes, but well-maintained. Room was clean, as well as the swimming pool.
For breakfast, there were plenty of options. But taste wise, honestly not the best. Just okay.
Overall, i’ll give 9/10
Definitely will come back!!
PPhilip KhangThis hotel offers satisfactory facilities and service for its price. All the staff were friendly and helped us find a quiet room that met our request. The food was about average, and the taste was decent.
SSharon PSThe hotel front desk requested 100,000rp as deposit upon check-in. A receipt was given and we have to keep it to get back our deposit upon check out. However, in Trip.com this clause was not mentioned. The road that leading to the hotel entrance was very dirty and have lots of holes with dirty smelly water. It made the whole environment surrounding the external of the hotel very unpleasant. The was staircase leading to the lobby hence it made it not so convenient for elderly people. The location is very close to Glodok Chinatown. There's also City Walk Mall and Grand Paragon Mall within walking distance. There are quite a varieties of local eateries outside of hotel. The local eatery just at the right corner of the hotel main road served the best Fried Kuey Teow and Fried Rice after 5pm. The lobby filled with cigarette smell. It considers quite old hotel with very aging yellowish aircond but it can work. The bathroom design was superb as the water flow directly into the drain hole. However, there wasn't any air ventilation in the bathroom. The sink inside bathroom was a bit dirty. The toilet bowl seemed hard to flush water because the water pressure was very low. Have to press the flush button few times everytime we passed motion. The hotel room door has a very huge gap on top and side portion after we closed our room door. When other hotel guest smoking and walking outside our room corridor, we can smell the 2nd hand smoke and heard noises when people talking outside of the corridor. The hotel served decent breakfast although the room rate consider at lower range pricing. Only the coffee served was not hot and very light.
GGuest UserGood hotel...good and friendly service, only breakfast is thought to be a buffet but is divided per person, for breakfast time, if possible, the time should be moved up, because the visitors are workers.
