Good hotel with good location very clean as the room are small and bathrooms shower should be updated regarding water 🚿 flow very slow otherwise everything is in good shape Also breakfast is basic could be improved with adding more options specially on sweet options also can be focused on providing warm meal 90% dishes are cold . That’s my 2nd chance to stay this hotel * Free shuttle service with timely drop off which is big advantage for travelers Thanks to the hotel management

Being on a narrow road, when there is activities in the church near the hotel, access is difficult. But check in check out service, and room facilities, good.

Close to the airport, so no worries about traffic, which is great for business travelers. You can get to the mall through a small door on the first floor. The room was very clean, but there was no comb provided, so you'll need to bring your own. Everything else was good. I bought a lot of coffee, it was excellent!

Overall for work stay, the place is quite ok. Room hygiene is very clean. Towels are also clean and have no musty smell.

This hotel is still basically the SwissBell Inn that it replaced. There's fresh paint, the lobby looks nicer, the rooms are basically the same with fresh paint. Except, the last 2 times I stayed there was no hot water in the shower in either of the rooms. That's quite a wakeup at 4am getting ready for an early flight. The towels are old. Maybe time to replace those rags after all the other work they did there. The bed is fine, comfortable enough, but I have encountered some suspect stains on the sheets and bed cover. The staff is very nice. The hotel food is average and a bit expensive for what you get. The airport nasi goreng with chicken is the best bet on the menu for me. There are still mosquitoes in the restaurant, it's been that's way since my first stay in 2022. Bring bug repellent if you want to sit down to eat! The shuttle to the airport is prompt. Unfortunately it now stops running at midnight, so you're on your on if you have a late flight. The price is inexpensive. Around $30+ with shuttle included. Breakfast buffet is additional cost, not worth it to me. There are several other hotel options nearby in similar price range that may be better. But I have been sticking with this one because if anything, it's consistent. Fyi- grab car from from airport is about $5-6 USD. I bought the airport meet and greet for an extra $3 from trip.com. Totally worth the few extra $ to walk outside and get immediately taken to your ride. Previously I've waited up to 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. And even with a grab car you'll still be waiting a bit after arrival. Summary. It's absolutely adequate for the price.
