I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is modern, elegant, and offers stunning city views. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious local and international dishes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The team paid attention to the little details, interacted warmly with them, and made them feel special throughout our stay. Those thoughtful touches created a wonderful family experience and made a lasting impression. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, while the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety with high-quality food, and the overall dining experience was equally impressive. You honestly cannot beat the location of Ascott Jakarta. It’s right in the center of everything—just a short, easy walk to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and Thamrin City. What truly makes the stay special, though, is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the security guards goes out of their way to help you, even helping halt the busy city traffic so you can cross the road safely. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a hassle-free stay in Jakarta!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was a bit dry inside the room, so I recommend leaving some water in the bathroom sink. The front desk service was quite good, and they had convenient Google Translate. There's a cafeteria on the ground floor with a good variety of breakfast and dinner options, featuring local flavors and a taste that leans towards Southern Chinese cuisine. Nearby, there's McDonald's and KFC, and across the street, a large supermarket and food court. However, there's road construction, so you have to walk an extra two to three hundred meters.

An old-school upscale business hotel. Very good service with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with adequate amenities. With international electric sockets that was very convenient for international tourists. A Family Mart and a KFC are just round the corner, Without 10 minutes walk to find many eateries. Not around with shopping centres. The swimming pool and full-gear gym were excellent! I'd in particular mention Tria of the lobby lounge. I went to the lounge also every evening throughout my stay, Tria was very friendly and consistently provided excellent service.

Everything is great except the location is around 15-20 min from center (Grand Indonesia, Sarinah etc). Bit not far from Manggarai station.

The room layout was excellent, and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast restaurant on the second floor was spacious and bright, with a good variety of dishes. The staff were polite, warm, and provided attentive service. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining out and getting around.

Our stay was okay, but there were a few things that did not meet our expectations. The room was too small for three adults. Based on the photos and the room description, we expected a more spacious room with two queen-size beds. However, the room had two large single beds instead, which made it quite uncomfortable for three adults. Both the room size and the beds were smaller than we expected, so the description did not seem to match what we received. Another downside was the noise. The hotel was generally quite loud. We could hear our neighbors as well as a lot of noise from outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel also feels quite dated and would benefit from renovation, as many areas seem worn and in need of updating. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed it. Overall, our stay was acceptable, but the room, the noise level, and the condition of the hotel were disappointing.

Excellent hotel with great service. Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room with city view, and attentive staff. The entire experience was hassle-free and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend travellers to stay here without any worries.

The room was generally clean and affordable! There's a big mall nearby, right by the main road. The only downside was that the bathroom water was salty, but overall, it was a decent stay.
