"I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Platinum Jakarta and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the front desk service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient.The rooms are remarkably spacious, modern, and sparkling clean. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. I was also highly impressed by the breakfast buffet at the restaurant, which offered a massive, delicious variety of local and international cuisines to choose from.The hotel's facilities are top-tier. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa treatment and the indoor swimming pool. To top it all off, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request with a genuine smile. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Jakarta!"

"It's pretty good for a stay. It's close to everything, especially during the PRJ event. You can just walk to Gate G without queuing. It's also close to Ancol, ITC, and Istiqlal – very strategic! However, upon entering the restaurant for breakfast, my kids were asked to pay IDR 90,000 per child. I then showed them in the app that children under 10 eat for FREE, and only then were they allowed in. Hmm... The reason given was 'high season'. But a big thank you to the wise hotel MANAGER who allowed us into the restaurant. (Because I insisted on showing the app, haha!) Oh, and if you stay during the PRJ event, you might even run into artists who are performing, as many of them tend to stay at this hotel. I actually bumped into Tresno from Type-X!"

"Overall it was a pleasant stay for two nights. Asyana hotel has a comfortable environment: We sat by the poolside and enjoyed the gentle wind blowing and while sipping a glass of refreshing lemonade. The room was basic and clean. There were plenty of food choices for breakfast, too. The hotel restaurant also serves nice and reasonably cheap food till 11pm. The location of the hotel is strategic and one can travel to places of attractions in Central Jakarta by e-hailing cars easily."

First of all, im grateful that you've upgraded my room to a connecting room since I reserved a different type of room. ketika saya bilang kamar satu lg minta didekatkan cuz im staying with my kids. You offered me a connecting room with an upgraded room without any charge. I'm so grateful thank you. And also, nice pool & playground. However, I'm really sorry to say that I'm kinda disappointed staying at your place though, since it's a 4 star hotel. Handuk yang tidak lagi putih dan sudah agak bau, check in yang super lama, banyak sekali guests yg datang setelah saya masih belum dapat kamar hingga jam 5 sore. It was chaos. Saya sengaja check in di jam 3 hoping the room is ready krn kami mau main sore kepantai. Unfortunately.. saya masih harus menunggu another 30 minutes cuz the room is being cleaned. Ketika di jam 3.30 kami menanyakan kembali kamar kami, ternyata baru satu kamar yg ready. Kamar satu lagi kami masih harus menunggu another half hour. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah variety of your food breakfast. Not much of a choice. Roti pun tidak ada panggangannya dan hanya ada margarine, chocolate dan blueberry jam. Pastry dan doughnuts yg habis dan lama sekali di refill. Juga main course yang habis dan juga lamaaa sekali di isi ulang. Btw, kami di arahkan breakfast di lantai bawah, krn ruangan resto utama penuh. But I didn't expect the food to be so average for a 4 star hotel. Please take care of your hotel cuz my kids loves your pool and playground. Looking forward till the renovations are done."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights and three days, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. There are convenience stores nearby, so I could easily pick up daily necessities, and transportation to major attractions was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were always smiling and provided attentive service, making the check-in and check-out process very smooth. The hotel breakfast was a buffet, but the selection of dishes remained the same each day. It was fine for one meal, but eating it continuously became a bit boring, which was a minor disappointment."

"The rooms at the Bellinzona Swiss Quality Hotel are quite new, and the breakfast is as rich and varied as ever. It was very comfortable to swim alone in the pool, and the gym was small, with only one treadmill and a few other machines."

"I find the room to be bigger that other Ibis hotels. It's good that guests can access the swimming pool at Novotel but you need assistance as the Ibis keycard would not allow you to open the pool entrance door. Breakfast is good but I wish that there are more variety."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past month, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in both cleanliness and service. The gym and pool areas need urgent attention, as there were multiple small cockroaches present, which is unacceptable for facilities that should prioritize hygiene and guest comfort. In addition, service quality has dropped—there was no visible security during check-in, and the concierge service was noticeably less attentive than before. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements."

"Great hotel in a good spot of the city with transport connections just a 10 min walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the security staff outside, always helping to locate our taxis! Rooftop bar was a bonus - a great place to catch a Jakarta sunset. Room was very small, but you know what you’re getting at this value in a big city - very clean though and such a comfy bed! Would stay again, but would pick a room with a window for better ventilation!"
