"This was a great hotel! The check-in and check-out were quick, and the front desk service was excellent. Plus, they had a fantastic selection of teas (Rooibos, Chai, green tea, and something else) and coffee (even pots of milk and oat milk!) – I couldn't ask for more. There's a microwave next to the front desk, and the elevator is inside, which makes everything very convenient. The location is also good, close to the central station, so you shouldn't get lost. Personally, I was happy to have a TV, haha. Watching news and documentaries in Finnish is quite interesting. Even though it was a single room, it was quite spacious. I didn't have a suitcase, but you could probably open up at least three of the largest suitcases in there. The shower was clean, a hairdryer was provided, and the abundance of power outlets everywhere is something many people would appreciate."

"Our assigned rooms had a terrible location. They were on the second floor, which isn't even directly accessible by elevator. You have to go up to the third floor first, walk a long way across a connecting bridge to another building, and then go down to the second floor. We had two rooms, one for my parents and one for us with the kids, and both were given these inconvenient rooms. Hauling luggage around was a real hassle! The view from the window was just a parking lot, no scenery whatsoever, which was completely different from what was shown in the promotional photos. However, the hotel's overall location is good, right in the lively city center, and the breakfast was also decent!"

"We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate."

"The location is excellent, and the room is spacious and very clean overall. What sets this place apart—especially for a European hotel—is the amenities. It has a fridge, microwave, and a kettle. It has even a bidet sprayer (bum gun), which is a fantastic and highly appreciated touch for Middle Eastern travelers. It was my first time staying at a hotel with no physical reception (everything is accessed via key codes), which felt a little unusual at first, but it worked perfectly. A great choice for a short stay!"

"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! First off, the location is superb – you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel breakfast was excellent; the dining area was spacious, comfortable, and bright, with fantastic views. They also had a great variety of options."

"I loved my expierince at home hotel Jugend When I arrived in Helsinki I asked for help to find what team to take I get what I’m told but then got confused as it kept flashing up two names ( which I later learnt that streets have Finish and Swedish names as Swedish is an official launguage? Any I was under the idea that I was miles away as my journey took ages Next day I I was trying to find an art museum Train station I’d got if at was ten mi s walk team goes its own route that takes in a big areas before it gets there so location is actually very good ten mins walk from city centre it’s set in nice are of lots of restaurants and bars The hotel it self is wonderful and quirky My main reason trip was for Co cert which cancelled due to illness of singer if I’m able to make rearranged sat I’d love to go back to this wonderfull hitell Staff are polite friendly and helpful Breakfast and dinner us both very nice and free coffe 24/7 and room is clean and comfortable I’d highly reccomend"

"This is a hotel with a mechanism to check in at another facility. I think it's relatively easy to understand because there is a poster on the door. It was convenient because the bus stop was in front of you and you could go to the old town in about 10 minutes on foot."

"1. The price is moderate, about 100.0 to 120.0 EUR per night, and the accommodation quality is good. 2. The room view is decent, and the room itself is very clean. 3. The hotel does not have a restaurant. For breakfast, you need to go to 'Cafe Roasberg' next to the hotel. It's a standard European breakfast, but as an Asian, I can't objectively rate it because I personally prefer Asian cuisine. 4. Both check-in and check-out were very easy. If I had any questions, I could easily find the hotel staff to ask."
