"The apartment room is large, clean and tidy, well-equipped, the bathroom sink is very comfortable to use, and there is a washing machine. The apartment is in a courtyard. In addition to the apartment door, the yard and the unit have a password door, which is more convenient to stay."
"Although it's a bit far from the central station, there's a tram stop nearby. There's also a convenience store, which was handy. Having read the reviews and prior emails, self-check-in was a breeze. The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable. The curtains didn't close completely, so during the midnight sun, depending on the room's orientation, you might wake up early, but that was also a unique experience! The washing machine required a reservation, and gel pods were provided. There was no hairdryer in the room; instead, there's a service station on each floor where you can rent one using your room key. There were only four available, so I imagine it could be a struggle during peak hours. Once I got used to it, it wasn't a problem. The prompt responses via WhatsApp and email were very reassuring."
"The room was spacious and had air conditioning. It's a bit of a walk to the bus stop, but the metro station is really close by. There's also a supermarket near the hotel. Breakfast is served at the cafe next door. If you have some free time, you can take a stroll around the lake in the nearby park, which is quite large and beautiful! BTW, it's definitely better than the Citybox in Tallinn!"
"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!
The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the station and the seafront, and the tram is nearby, making it easy to get to anywhere.
The breakfast is absolutely amazing 👍 I've had breakfast at many hotels, but this one had the most variety! There was oatmeal, a wide variety of breads, fruit, desserts, salads, cereal, lots of toppings, drinks, and plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. Not only did I never get tired of breakfast after staying four nights, I still miss it!
Thank you for great service! I'll visit your hotel again someday!!"
"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door.
It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely.
The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us.
Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."
"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word.
I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well.
Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."
"This hotel is within walking distance of the central station. There's also a shopping mall and department store nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable! However, in the room I stayed in, the shower and toilet were very close together, so the toilet got soaked after I showered.
The staff were very pleasant!
I appreciated the luggage storage service; I was able to put my bags in a large locker and explore the city freely!"
"We stayed in a triple room for a family trip.
There was a sink in the room, but the shower and toilet were shared.
The room felt a little dusty, but we could open the window for ventilation, so it wasn't a problem.
The bathroom was very clean, and there was no noticeable sewage smell.
There is only one shower, but it's fine if you time your showers right.
Towels provided in the room included one bath towel and one face towel, as well as body soap and shampoo.
The shared kitchen was very convenient, and we were able to cook and eat food we bought at the supermarket.
Coffee and tea were also available.
We were able to leave our luggage in the hallway when we checked out, and they held it for us.
If we visit Helsinki again, we would definitely like to stay here again."
"Scandic Helsinki Hub has been my go to hotel since 2022. This Economy King Room without window is the first i tried and i really think it helps with the midnight sun that Finland is having during summer. It has rooftop windows and there are retractable blackout curtains controlled via the wall to help darken the room if you think the sun is too much, got dark only at 11pm but not completely dark. Breakfast is the typical European breakfast and really love the yoghurt with the optional berry mix. Lovely hotel!"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness.
The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment.
One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay.
The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions.
GGuest UserThis hotel is highly recommended as it's about a 5-minute walk from the station and within walking distance of nearby tourist attractions. There's also a tram stop close to the hotel, making it easy to access places a bit further out.
AAnonymous UserThe location is great, it is convenient to go anywhere, there is a narrow balcony, it is rare, but the washing machine is bad, but it can't be dried. It takes three hours to open the washing machine or wet. Consulting customer service is AI, ask me to choose Eco or cotton to wash once again. Three hours have passed, and I can't sleep well, but it's still wet after washing. What do you say? In addition, the button disk on the left downstairs is not leading to the elevator room, not not not not! I didn't explain, I arrived in the middle of the night, with a big box toss for a long time, after pressing many times, the keyboard will lock for a few minutes, but in the middle of the night, the phone emergency help someone answer the phone. The next day, I saw people who were difficult to get by this entry code for most of the day. I was immediately happy to help people. Remember, it is not the one on the left! !
GGuest UserThe location is the absolute best… right across the tram, few minutes walk to the train station and within walking distance to multiple parts of Helsinki city centre.
The way to the room was an odd one, spooky, but as a Halloween lover I preferred it. My room was on the 5th floor, but to get to it you had to take the lift to the 3rd floor. THEN walk to a different part of the Marski building (it looked like the original perhaps before it expanded) to go to the 5th floor. There was a vintage style lift with the gate you had to close and everything. I quite enjoyed that.
There is a mini fridge, a TV and the bed was comfortable. The AC was brilliant, especially on hot days and the shower was great as well. I accidentally booked on two separate ones and the desk helped me stay in one room with ease, though I understandably had to pay a bit of a fee as my current room was an upgrade from the other.
My critique would be that I wish there was more attention to detail for the room service. It seems they don’t vacuum or replace the sheets/used cups, or properly clean, they only take out the bins. Also my room tag tore apart from previous stays overuse but it was never replaced — the one that says Do Not Disturb. I would absolutely stay here again, however. The Finns are great.
UU.S.C.We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, with a free shuttle bus that is extremely punctual. The room is clean, quiet and perfectly soundproofed. The most favorite is the breakfast served from 4 am, very thoughtful for those who have an early flight
VVinharound Travel Outlook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable
Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price.
The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge.
We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group.
The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed.
Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
MMs EllI love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is excellent, the room is spacious too. It is right on top of a Vietnamese pho shop, before the Solo Sokos Hotel Torni. It distributes its door code via email and can only be use after 4pm. The door code is used for the door entering the building, the elevator to your floor and to enter your room. So one must be extremely careful when you leave your room, if you forget anything, it's gonna be troublesome. This hotel is closed to a shopping mall called Forum with eateries inside. In Helsinki, buffet is very popular, especially the sushi buffet, I wonder why :)
