"This hotel boasts excellent transport links, being super close to HBF Central Station and right next to DM. I booked a day tour and found that many tour buses depart from a hotel just over 100 meters away, making it very convenient for catching those day trip coaches. The hotel lobby offers complimentary fruit daily; I grabbed an apple every day, along with some candies. The rooms don't have bathtubs, and the beds are quite small, with two beds basically pushed together. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillow height suited me well. There's a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with 8 capsules, replenished daily, and six tea bags, which is nice – I particularly enjoyed the ginger tea. The environment is clean and hygienic, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. This was a pleasant surprise, especially after staying in Nuremberg later and finding no facial tissues there! The sound insulation of the windows is decent; while it gets quite noisy when open due to the electric trains right by the station, the train sounds at night didn't bother me or affect my sleep. I must say, the breakfast is excellent, with a fantastic variety and delicious options. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM, the front desk informed me that early check-in, usually after 3 or 4 PM in European hotels, would cost dozens of euros. I figured the price was acceptable, so I checked in early. But then, at my next hotel in Nuremberg, I arrived at 12 PM and was allowed to check in without any extra charge when I asked if early check-in was possible. So, it's not really comparable! The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with good speed. They also provide a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily, which is a great perk as water in Europe can be quite expensive, around 20 RMB per bottle."

"Facilities: The 25-square-meter room exceeded my expectations. The room layout was well-designed and very comfortable. Cleanliness: Excellent. Service: Excellent. We stayed at an annex hotel, with the main hotel located about 30 meters across the street. We navigated to the front desk, but the staff couldn't find our reservation. After I showed them the Ctrip confirmation, they realized we weren't at their hotel. However, the staff quickly explained the situation, took us across the street, and helped us with the self check-in process. (This was very important as we don't speak English and rely solely on translation software, so doing it ourselves would have been difficult.) Location: It's on a street, about a 20-minute walk from the New Town Hall square in the city center, which is quite convenient. There are several Asian restaurants nearby, including a Chinese noodle shop. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast is served on the first floor of the main hotel across the street. The breakfast was incredibly rich and the service was great, living up to other guests' reviews. We were very satisfied with the breakfast. Although the hotel price isn't cheap, it's still worth it. The breakfast was so good, I forgot to take photos."

"Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to the Central Train Station. A little bit noisy at night. Room is very small, good for one person."

"The reception was top-notch. However, vacuuming during breakfast and the way a complaint from another (quite aggressive) guest was handled (or rather, not handled) really dampened the atmosphere unnecessarily. The breakfast itself was also of poor quality (the scrambled eggs tasted artificial and unpleasant, and the bread rolls were bad quality), especially for almost 30 euros. I would strongly advise against having breakfast here. Another disappointment was not being able to use the sauna during the day without a hassle."

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Excelsior München! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—it’s right next to the main train station and only a short walk to the city center. We didn’t need to take a taxi because everything was nearby, including shops, restaurants, and many of Munich’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room size is decent, but be aware there's no mini-fridge or kettle. You can rent a kettle from the front desk with a 10 Euro deposit. The location is super convenient, very close to the station, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of items, and the staff are all really friendly."

"There was a slight hiccup during check-in. Our reservation was for a family room for two adults and two children, but the front desk said our room could only accommodate two people. They suggested we either book another room or pay extra for the additional two people. Our English isn't great, so communication was difficult. Finally, we said we would call the platform to complain. Then, a Chinese staff member helped us communicate in English. Just as we were about to call the platform, he asked us to wait while he went to confirm the room. He came back and informed us that our room could indeed accommodate four people. We were able to check in smoothly after that, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. Everything else was fine; it's conveniently located very close to the train station. Outside on the streets, there were quite a few homeless people, as well as loud and boisterous crowds and drunks. It didn't feel unsafe, just a bit too lively. For consecutive stays, you can get free beer if you opt out of housekeeping. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is quite convenient."

"Very good locations just 10 minutes’ walk around the main train station. The service is also very good. The staff at the check desk is very friendly and warm. Outside the window are straight views. The amenity says considerably good, but sometimes the toilet flushing is not so strong. If you do not need a cleaning service, you can get 10-euro and exchange it for the drinks or the snacks at the mini bar."

"I find Hotel Bayer's Boztepe to be an excellent choice for a stay in Munich. It is located near the central Bayers Street (Bayerstraße), right outside of the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) of Munich. The check-in was quick, and the introduction into the hotel's grounds was helpful. I was given a prompt tour of the hotel by the lady at the reception desk, who was notably kind and welcoming. The rooms are modern and well equipped with a minibar, a coffee kit and an Espresso machine. The bathroom is well built, and feature a good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the entire experience was flawless. The hotel is ranked as a 3-Stars hotel, but the relatively large size of the room, along with the well equipped and decorated facilities of the hotel, bring the overall experience closer to what one would expect of a 4-Stars hotel."

"A small hotel next to a beer factory. The inside was beautifully renovated. All the sisters at the reception were friendly. There was no pot, coffee set, etc. in the room, but the coffee machine at the entrance of the restaurant also had all-you-can-drink, tea and herbal tea. The room had a heating facility that was convenient for drying the laundry, which was helpful. The tram stop was also at 2.3 minutes."
