"The Deluxe View King Room is on the highest floor, the 11th, with the dining area right above on the 12th. Being on the 11th floor offers a really grand view, and the room itself feels spacious. For a summer holiday stay, the price of just over 500 RMB was an absolute steal. You definitely need to book it with breakfast included, as the breakfast alone is easily worth at least 50 RMB per person. They have lamb skewers, white wine, yellow wine, lamb offal soup, chicken wings, and pizza – it's like a mini buffet dinner, with a huge variety of options. The room also gets complimentary fruit, drinks, or yogurt daily, and they even offer turn-down service. The service is absolutely beyond five-star, although the facilities are indeed a bit dated."

"Given the great impression Bingzhou Hotel left on me last time, I decided to stay here again after six months. The hotel's advantages are numerous: a good location, spacious rooms, comfortable linens, quality breakfast, a safe and secure environment, and excellent management in all aspects. I also noticed that the suggestions and feedback I provided previously have been implemented and improved upon. Suggestions and Recommendations: 1/ The top frames (headers) of both the bathroom glass door and the mirror need regular cleaning. (They are hard to reach). 2/ Have you considered placing a bamboo or woven basket in the bathroom for used bath towels/hand towels? 3/ The current window screens are inconvenient to open and difficult to clean. From a quality maintenance perspective, a new design should be considered. 4/ The homemade yogurt at breakfast is absolutely delicious, as evidenced by its popularity among guests. Perhaps a high-capacity yogurt dispenser could replace the current small containers? This would meet demand, reduce staff workload, and make the counter look tidier. 5/ The glass cups currently used for hot milk and hot soy milk at breakfast get very hot. Ceramic cups would be a much better option."

"As soon as we arrived in the lobby, the staff immediately came over. Seeing there were four of us, they quickly offered two extra sets of toiletries. After checking in, they personally escorted us to the elevator. The room was super spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is on the 26th floor and offers great views. The biggest highlight is the handmade steamed buns; I ate two every day! The 26th floor also has a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient. The only issues were with the air conditioning – the elevator was sometimes working, sometimes not, and the AC in the room wasn't cold enough. It's right next to Wuyi Square, making it very convenient to get around."

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious with good service. They even delivered my takeout order to the room. My only complaints are the 200 deposit, which feels a bit outdated for modern hotels, and the shower pressure was quite low. Overall, it's a good place and worth staying. It's right by the entrance of Metro Line 1, making it convenient for getting to the airport or train station."

"The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well and wasn't too noisy. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a washing machine (though I didn't use it). The slippers provided were sterilized. The hotel is located right on a bustling street, not far from the Bell Tower walking street and the subway (about a 5-10 minute walk). My room faced away from the main street, which was nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall, good value for money."

"Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The hygiene was good, and the service was warm and welcoming. I loved the free coffee at the cafe on the first floor. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Plus, the hotel's central location in Liuxiang made it incredibly convenient to explore. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and even a night market, with all the popular spots just a five-minute walk away. In short, it was fantastic! The only minor drawback was that the breakfast variety and taste could be improved. For future guests, I'd suggest skipping the breakfast option, as there are many convenient and diverse breakfast choices available nearby."

"Fantastic hotel! The rooms are spotless and well-equipped. They have everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer, plus a self-service coffee machine and freezer at the front desk. It's also pet-friendly, perfectly meeting all our travel needs. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and helpful, offering lots of assistance. The hotel is super close to the subway and bus stops, just a short walk to food streets like Zhonglou Street. Highly recommend!"

"This is a really great hotel. Although the parking isn't on-site, it's not too far away, so it doesn't really impact you if you're driving. The value for money is exceptional, and here's why: (1) The decor is very new, minimalist, and extremely clean. (2) There are plenty of lounge areas in the lobby, perfect for chatting with a few friends. (3) The front desk staff are wonderful. On our first day, we weren't sure where the parking was, and the attendant patiently guided us. Even when challenged, they maintained a smile and a gentle tone. Plus, every time we returned to the hotel, they'd greet us proactively – really high-quality service. (4) There are laundry facilities, which is super convenient for long-term travelers, and they even offer a free dinner. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the value is fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"First time in Taiyuan to see Xue Zhiqian's concert. The hotel location is great, close to the train station and subway entrance, and the shuttle bus stop is right next to it. The hotel service was also excellent; Lobby Manager Wang Qian was very attentive and helped us solve many problems. The hotel price and cleanliness are both very good, and the hotel restaurant food is delicious. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Taiyuan. Taiyuan's tourism and culture scene is really making a big impression!"

"The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, cozy, and clean, seemingly recently renovated. However, I was assigned to a room on the fifth floor next to a swimming pool with a very unpleasant chlorine smell, although the room itself didn't smell. The breakfast was quite varied and plentiful. Check-in at the front desk was a bit cumbersome; a row of busy staff members ignored me for two minutes, which felt rather unfriendly."
