If you're coming to Taiyuan, you absolutely have to stay at this Intercity hotel! It was by far the most unexpectedly amazing experience I've had with Huazhu H Rewards. The location is fantastic – the subway is right downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Guo Jin Center, with tons of food options, is just across the street. I really loved the decor; it's a German style, and the room was incredibly spacious. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the laundry room and gym, unlike many hotels that just throw in a washing machine and a few dumbbells and call it a day. The room service offerings were incredibly extensive, and breakfast was beyond expectations. And the best part? It was only a little over 400 RMB! The value for money is absolutely off the charts, so much so that I'd even come back to Taiyuan just to stay at this hotel again.

Overall, I was satisfied. The lady at the front desk even upgraded my room. The location is excellent, right in the bustling city center. Eating and shopping are right outside the door. The bathroom was very large, but a bit unnecessarily so. The shower pressure on the second floor was a bit low, not great water pressure. It felt like a waste of such a spacious area. Don't open the windows when it's hot, as there are many mosquitoes in the courtyard. The buffet breakfast was also decent.

Travel is convenient, the room is fully equipped and spacious. The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The projection is clear, and the smart voice assistant can operate the room facilities and lights. It is very convenient. The overall environment of the hotel is also very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I recommend friends to stay here!

1. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and parking is incredibly convenient with plenty of available spaces. 2. Having stayed in hundreds, if not thousands, of hotels, I can confidently say that the cleanliness here is exceptionally rare. The sheets and floors were completely free of hair, the sink had no stains, and the toilet not only lacked any unpleasant odors but even had a subtle, pleasant aroma. The housekeeping is truly outstanding. They even thoughtfully provided hand cream on the bathroom vanity. 3. On the day of check-in, because I booked late, all the family rooms and suites were fully booked, leaving only twin rooms with 1.2-meter beds. These beds are a bit narrow. It would be even better if the hotel could replace the 1.2-meter twin beds with 1.35-meter or even 1.5-meter twin beds. 4. The hotel only offers a laundry service charged per item, with no self-service washing machines. For guests traveling for extended periods, a self-service washing machine is an essential must-have. It would be great if the hotel could add self-service laundry facilities.

Awesome stay experience, this time I chose the Royal Garden Jinyue Hotel, from booking to check-out, the whole process is very comfortable, the staff is particularly enthusiastic, the efficiency is very high, and the night sleep is very stable. In short, this stay completely exceeded expectations, strongly recommended

Staying at Sanxi Yin Quan was an absolutely fantastic experience! The entire place has an antique charm with a strong Jin-style courtyard vibe. The design is exquisite and clever, perfectly matching the aesthetic of Taiyuan Ancient City. The room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful details that made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff were warm and attentive, providing thorough and detailed service. After exploring the ancient city, it was so therapeutic and relaxing to return and have a quiet night's rest. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Taiyuan Ancient City, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

I stayed for 4 days. There was almost no service. I arrived at the hotel at 4 PM, and although they helped me arrange a higher floor, I waited for almost an hour, and the room they arranged was still not ready. They then switched me to another room on the same floor. The lobby was very hot, and all the temporary resting spots were directly in the sun. When I got upstairs, I was a bit dumbfounded to find my room directly facing the elevator. Oh well, I checked in. The check-in experience wasn't great. Disposable toiletries weren't replenished promptly; besides toilet paper, you literally only got them once. For a 4-day stay (2 days booked via a group deal, 2 days via other platforms), the bedside power outlet didn't work. I had to unplug the table lamp to charge my phone, and that outlet was just awful. The floor-to-ceiling window blinds were very dirty, covered in dust. For the same pre-sale price, Shangri-La offers much better value for money. Kempinski seemed forced into pre-selling, almost as if they don't want future guests. There are just too many options in Taiyuan for this price point.

This stay was absolutely incredible and completely exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, a massive thank you to the hotel for being so welcoming to my two fur babies (my dog babies)! 🐶🐶 Finding a place that not only allows pets but treats them with such kindness and respect is rare. The staff went above and beyond to make sure both my pups and I felt comfortable and at home. They are truly amazing employees—so warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. They are a credit to this hotel! The room itself was fantastic. We had an awesome view from the window overlooking the city scenery, which was just beautiful to wake up to. It added such a special touch to our trip. But the location? UNBEATABLE. You simply cannot beat it. · Transport: The subway station is literally right in front of the main door of the hotel. You are connected to the entire city instantly. · Tourist Spots: All the great tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. We barely needed transport because everything was so accessible! If you are visiting Taiyuan, whether for business, leisure, or especially if you are traveling with pets, stop looking and book this hotel. It is very, very highly recommended. Our first night in Shanxi, and the hotel's location was excellent. Right downstairs, there's a bustling area with a night market that's great for food and exploring. The service was pretty standard – not overly warm, but not cold either, which seems to be the norm for hotels in Shanxi. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was nice. However, the smart toilet was a bit of a disaster; the auto-spray feature just sprayed water everywhere every time. There's parking, but it's not under the hotel; it's in a different commercial building's basement about 100 meters away, which was a bit of a hassle dragging luggage to. We drove ourselves, but the traffic in that area is terrible, so we ended up relying on taxis to get around.

An old five-star hotel with very high cost performance. In particular, the front office service is very good, and the lobby manager Wang Jue is attentive.
