"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"The hotel is super convenient, located right next to Wangfujing subway station, Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, McDonald's, Daoxiangcun, and Wuyutai. We booked a family room; it had a window, but it couldn't be opened due to regulations. The laundry room was a great plus, and the TV even showed how much time was left until the wash cycle was done. They were really generous with the bottled water; I asked the front desk for a few bottles and they brought up six! Given its excellent location and reasonable price, there were a lot of foreigners staying there. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The room was great, and the invoicing process was super fast. Highly recommended! Whenever I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ximo at the front desk – absolutely fantastic!"

"Great location, free laundry, comfortable fresh room. It was quiet when I was there in July, so I had a good sleep. Stayed there on my way back home, originally intended to stay at a different hotel on Wangfujing (the one I stayed at before), but very glad I booked this hotel instead. The gym has several treadmills, it is right next to the laundry, so you can use it during the wait. The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. There's tea and yogurt served at the reception area. I really enjoyed the hotel overall. The only minor downsides were: 1) several patches of dust I found on the bed after the cleaning one day, 2) the tea supplied at the tea station was not a standard tea and had rather unusual taste (not bad, but different)."

"This hotel's location is excellent, very close to the exam venue, which was incredibly helpful for high school students taking exams. They even gave us a small gift and extended our check-out time. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive. The surrounding environment and the view from the window were fantastic, and the soundproofing was good too! The front desk staff and every other staff member we encountered were incredibly polite. The swimming pool, though not large, was very clean, and the gym was well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a dining plaza with a buffet for breakfast and lunch, which was very convenient! Many foreigners stay here, and the staff's overall quality is very high, truly befitting a long-standing five-star hotel. We were very satisfied these past few days! Before leaving, I suddenly noticed the hotel's archway had a wonderful meaning, and I hope my child can succeed in their endeavors, like a fish leaping over the dragon's gate, and achieve great success in their exams."

"Fantastic hotel! 1) It's right opposite the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. 2) The room, though small, was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The pillows, in particular, were those wonderful memory foam ones – I slept like a baby all night. The toiletries were also very comprehensive: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were all provided. 3) The service was exceptional, making me feel right at home. Plus, there were complimentary drinks in the fridge! Overall, great value for money."

"My friend stayed at this hotel two years ago when they visited Beijing and recommended it to me. Before my trip, I booked and canceled a couple of times because some online reviews weren't great, which made me hesitate. But in the end, I decided to stick with it. I stayed for four consecutive nights. The check-in staff and the concierge at the entrance were very welcoming. The short-haired cleaning aunt on my floor kept the room very clean and was also very friendly. The breakfast was good too. When I checked out, they didn't ask me to write a positive review, but I was so glad I chose this place after experiencing it myself. Oh, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. This is the view from my room; my friend's room overlooked a traditional Beijing *hutong*."

"The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Wangfujing. There are many snack shops, restaurants and a few hair salons next to and in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with hailing a taxi and showing us how to get to the various attractions. The hotel even provided a small map to guide us on foot to and from the Palace Museum. Very special is this hotel very family friendly, the have connecting room for the family to stay in, for us, we can take care of our girls without open the door and go to another room. The daily housekeeping was very thorough. The female housekeeper responsible for our rooms 715 and 716 was particularly friendly, attentive, and responsible. My daughter accidentally spilled soy milk on the carpet and bed; I informed her, and she promised to handle it. When we returned to the room that evening, the carpet and bed were spotless, without any smell or stains. We were very satisfied with the hotel's service. We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Beijing again."

"While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!"

"My recent stay at Empark Prime Hotel Wangfujing was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it highly enough—especially for Muslim travelers! From the moment I arrived, Manager Khalid Mohammad set the tone for a flawless experience. He personally ensured a seamless check-in and, most importantly, took the time to walk me through the hotel's excellent halal breakfast options. Knowing that I could start each day with delicious, properly certified halal food made such a difference. He also reassured me about the hotel's Muslim-friendly amenities, including prayer direction indicators and a quiet, comfortable space for prayers. The concierge team, Lukas and Elio, were equally outstanding. They went out of their way to assist with my luggage and provided spot-on recommendations for nearby halal restaurants outside the hotel. Their friendly, attentive service made exploring Beijing completely stress-free. The hotel itself is perfectly located in the heart of Wangfujing, just minutes from the subway and major landmarks.
