This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

Our Sanya trip was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Manager Van at the front desk for his exceptional service. Not only did we pick the right hotel for our family trip to Sanya, but we also received incredibly heartwarming service, which I simply must rave about! We arrived in Sanya on an early flight, prepared to wait until the afternoon for check-in. We had already contacted the hotel beforehand, explaining that we were traveling with seniors and children and hoping for an earlier check-in if possible. Manager Van kept an eye out for clean, vacated rooms for us the day before, and we were checked in within just 10 minutes of arriving – so thoughtful! During our stay, Manager Van quickly and effectively handled all our needs, big and small. We wanted to try local seafood but were worried about tourist traps, so Manager Van recommended a local eatery frequented by residents. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable – much better value than the popular influencer-recommended spots. My child forgot their sand toys, and Manager Van promptly brought over a brand new set of shovels and buckets, which kept my little one happy all afternoon. The level of service was just right – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, yet always responsive the moment we needed something. Professional and warm, it's truly rare to find such meticulously attentive service. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sanya, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and Manager Van's amazing service to anyone planning a trip to Sanya. Choosing this place ensures you won't be disappointed!

I was a bit hesitant before checking in, as I'd seen reviews mentioning small rooms and other concerns. But upon arrival, it turned out to be absolutely fantastic! My first impressions were how clean and spacious it was. The location is also incredibly convenient, with the duty-free shop, port, and night market all just downstairs. And the price was truly attractive! Our host was incredibly responsive, always quick and prompt to answer any requests. The living room was so spacious it could easily accommodate a sofa, a mahjong table, and even a 2x3 meter blueprint. The thoughtful airport transfer service was also a big plus. The attached photo shows the night view from the window downstairs.

Very good! It's right downstairs from the First Market, so it's super convenient to get around. There's also a small clothing mall nearby with cheap prices and a great variety of styles. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I really have to rave about this high-value hotel! The price is budget-friendly, but the experience is on par with high-end hotels. While it's not in the central business district, the location is very convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and fresh, with all basic amenities. The air conditioning works great, hot water supply is stable, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to answer questions and proactively offer help. Although there are no luxurious facilities, it excels in practicality, cleanliness, and excellent service. For travelers on a budget, it's definitely a top choice and incredibly good value for money!

Crowne Plaza Sanya Central: An Absolutely Amazing Stay! I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Sanya Central during my trip to Sanya, and I was incredibly impressed with the experience, especially the hotel's service! First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right in the heart of Sanya, making it super convenient to get to from the airport. The International Shopping Center is just a 5-minute walk away, so dining and shopping are a breeze. Plus, it's only a 5-minute drive to Dadonghai Beach and Luhuitou Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. From our room's balcony, we had beautiful views of the Sanya River and the harbor, and the night view was particularly stunning. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms Our room was over 55 square meters, very spacious, clean, and tidy. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and there was a big bathtub on the balcony – perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue. The hotel used to be the Ramada Plaza Sanya, and after its renovation, it feels even more comfortable. Outstanding Service, A Special Thanks to Winnee! What truly touched me was the staff's service. Although they didn't speak Japanese, every single employee was incredibly friendly and always quick to help whenever we needed something. A special shout-out to Winnee! From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and patiently answered all our questions. One time, we were a bit lost in the lobby, and she proactively came over to show us the way, thoughtfully asking about our needs and always putting us first. Thanks to Winnee's attentive care, we felt much more at ease and enjoyed our stay even more. When we checked out, she sent us off with a smile and said, ”Welcome back next time,” which really warmed my heart. Overall Impression The hotel facilities might not be the newest, but they are all well-maintained and very clean. The swimming pool, spa, and gym facilities are also comprehensive. For the price, the quality you get is truly excellent value for money. If you're looking to stay in downtown Sanya and value that ”home away from home” service, I highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money, and a very comfortable stay. It's really close to the seafood market, and there's a beautiful river nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience. The front desk service was also excellent. However, the washer and dryer weren't working very well, which could definitely be improved.

Fantastic Breakfast: Over 60 items available with extended hours (6:30 AM–10:30 AM), including Hainanese noodles, freshly made noodles, and a full selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Ample Amenities: Features a thousand-square-meter swimming pool, a kids' water park, a gym, free parking, and a shuttle service to the duty-free shop. Great Value for Money: This established five-star hotel is 30%–50% cheaper than newer hotels, making it perfect for budget travelers and families. In a nutshell: An established five-star hotel in Dadonghai, with its location and breakfast being the main draws. While the facilities are a bit older, they are well-maintained, offering incredible value. It's the top choice for families with kids and budget-conscious travelers.

I'd call this the best value hotel in Sanya! I've been to Sanya many times, and this was truly the best value for money experience yet. I was attending a conference at the Sanya International Yacht Center, and found this hotel nearby. The lobby has a Southeast Asian resort vibe, very similar to hotels in Thailand or the Philippines. I originally booked a mountain view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a sea view. The room had a large balcony with a very open view, directly overlooking the yacht marina. The hotel is right on the shipping channel, so watching boats depart and return in the mornings and evenings was a beautiful sight! The hotel's price was a pleasant surprise; Sanya hotels really are competitive. There were quite a few Russian guests, and the outdoor pool was mostly occupied by them. Breakfast was also very extensive. Customer service contacted me in advance, but constantly pushing me to write a review was a bit off-putting. They're probably doing it for performance metrics, but I don't like being rushed – if I have a good experience, I'll naturally want to share it.

The room is relatively new, with a Japanese-style minimalist wooden decor and a separate wet and dry area. It has everything you could want, and the breakfast is good too. It's really great value for money in Sanya! 🌹☀️😘
