Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far! Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there! M. Chan

Every year, I choose Galaxy Resort to celebrate my mother's birthday. Since it's summer, we can go to Grand Resort Deck to play in the water, and it's a one-stop shop for dining and watching movies. If you want to go from the hotel to the resort's mall, you can take a shuttle bus or walk to the JW Hotel. It's actually just across the road. On the day of check-in, I'm very grateful for the arrangements made by Yannie and Fung at the front desk. Both receptionists were polite, friendly, and very thoughtful. It was extremely busy that day due to a concert, and it was rare to see them maintain such professionalism. Their service attitude was excellent, and they provided us with a wonderful stay.

Had an incredibly rejuvenating trip to Macau staying at The Londoner Macao. The hotel's design is exquisite and grand, with complete facilities, and it's located right above a shopping complex – the location is simply unbeatable. I have to give a special shout-out to Hayley and Michelle who assisted us. Hayley was incredibly attentive and thorough during check-in, and her gentle demeanor and beauty left a strong impression. She proactively shared local tips for exploring. Michelle was attentive throughout our stay, responding to our needs promptly and gently. The genuine and caring service from both staff members truly eased our travel fatigue and gave us a strong sense of belonging, making me feel so good about Macau 🇲🇴. Overall, everything was impeccable. It's definitely worth returning to and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau!

The Parisian Macao

People always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai Strip are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite. We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority. Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly. Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the strip in Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!

My kids absolutely loved this hotel! The lobby instantly caught their eye with its Disney-themed decor, and there was free popcorn to enjoy. Due to the holiday, check-in wasn't super quick, but the service was incredibly thorough. Our room was on a high floor, so you definitely need to pay attention to which elevator you're taking. The hotel's amenities are all-inclusive: a swimming pool, a paid water park, a paid indoor playground, an arcade, a shopping arcade, and a snack street – they have everything you could possibly want. We especially loved the Japanese brand Don Quijote; it was a shopping spree for both adults and kids, so much fun to browse! If you want to go to The Venetian, you just walk out of the hotel lobby, cross the road, and you're at The Parisian Macao. You can also get to The Venetian and The Londoner from the hotel's second-floor walkway, which is incredibly convenient. Eating, exploring, and shopping – you can do it all in one place. Highly recommended! The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and airport every half hour, which is super convenient. I definitely recommend it.

The guest rooms are spacious and airy, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city center with excellent transport links; there are plenty of taxis, but be mindful of the pick-up spots. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, making travel very efficient, and there are beautiful views to enjoy during evening strolls nearby. Special thanks to the Trip.com concierge for their care. Although I couldn't get a high-floor room (I was hoping for something quieter), which was a bit of a shame, this will still be my first choice for my next stay!

My stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Came for a concert. I have to say, getting around was super convenient. Right downstairs there's a restaurant called 'Yang Zhi Jin Lao' and a bus stop. Taking the bus loop made it easy to get anywhere. However! They said check-in was at 3 PM! We arrived at 3:45 PM and had to wait quite a while in the lobby... And then I still had to rush to finish a proposal before going to the concert. So frustrating!

The Hotel is clean and simple with big rooms and cold A/C but no coffee only tea and water with free sample cookies , breakfast is ok but offering the same everyday and not serving American like bread and butter , pancakes, ham and bacon or sausages only pure chinese cuisine and limited drinks . when you check in they will asked for a deposit of MOP 500 either by cash or credit card even if you have prepaid the rooms way in advance . Until now the amount has not been credited back to my debit card since I checked out 2 days ago.

Stayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street. I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.
