GGuest UserAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

GGuest UserGreat hostel right in the main streets of ita Thao. The bus stop is just up the road and there is shops and small restaurants right outside.
The staff were lovely and very helpful- always smiling and greeting us as we passed.
The capsule was spacious for a double bed capsule with space to leave some belongings beside the bed. It had good A/C, was very clean and even has a small window which was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was secure with the key card lock.
The dorms were nice and quiet. The floor had a lovely bathroom with good shower facilities. Lockers were big and fit all our backpacks. Also has a nice lounging area on the floor as well. The rooftop area seemed lovely if the weather allowed.
Washing machines and driers were old and didn’t dry our clothes properly so maybe use the launderette in the town instead.
The kitchen area was clean and spacious and has a massive tv. Little extras such as umbrellas outside, slippers for the room and the music area are an added bonus.
Would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to sun moon lake. It is modern and great value for money for a hostel.

吳吳小包The environment and location are both fantastic. The landlady is very welcoming and introduced nearby attractions and restaurants. Parking can be booked in advance for 300 yuan per parking session, which is quite convenient. The room decor is great. The only downside is the water pressure is insufficient, causing the hot water to fluctuate in temperature. If this could be resolved by contacting the plumber, it would be perfect.

KKwuansuda BootmeechaiThe hotel is beautifully designed with an elegant classic style. The facilities are excellent and complete, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the stay. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service from all the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making sure every guest was well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe presence of sheep is such a huge bonus! 👍 I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit! The location is great, and the views are fantastic. 👍 Room D54, a quadruple room, was simple and comfortable, but occasionally there was a smell of smoke inside? 🚬 Perhaps guests in the cabins below were smoking? The non-smoking policy 🚭 should probably be emphasized during check-in. Breakfast was very generous, with both Chinese and Western options, though the coffee quality and taste could be improved. The fresh fruit was a nice touch! 👍 The only major downside was the excessive number of flies 🪰! Is that the sheep's fault? 😆 Big thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk for recommending the Yunnan restaurant! ❤️

XXander WangA well equipped hotel in a quiet spot in town. Conveniently located off the main road with a great buffet breakfast and dinner. Service was great.
The upkeep of rooms could have been a little better as some amenities were a little worn, such as the carpet and console. Loved the onsen water in the bathtub.
The children appreciated the complementary jelly cups and cookies left for us each day.

There was a moth on the balcony one evening, but it was gone by the next morning, and there were no insects on the balcony by the third day. The hotel connects directly to a cycling path and offers free bicycles for guests to use.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to Shuishe Pier, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. It's just a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel entrance. I booked a lake view room, and it was absolutely beautiful! My favorite feature was having both hot and cold water dispensers right in the room. There's also a bathtub. We stayed here for two nights and it was very comfortable. The only minor downside was the breakfast; it was a buffet but not very tasty or varied, and it didn't really suit my palate. However, if you prefer milder flavors, you might enjoy it. The area around the hotel tends to quiet down around 5-6 PM, but there are still a few shops open late if you want to stroll around, or you can rent a bicycle and ride around the lake. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the air was lovely and cool when we visited in early December. Highly recommend!

Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony)
Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided)
Services was great, very nice and kind to customers.
Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well)
Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal.
The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental.
I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury.
Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh.
The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme.
The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor.
The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
