GGuest UserWife trouble to so far over Tenant live and the China and time one trap and teens of favorite hotel. The hotel has a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian influence and it was beautifully decorated. The dining hall looks like the inside of a ship. The beds elevated off the floor inside the room. The showers and toilet area are spacious, and the whole room is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is impeccably cleaned, and then the breakfast is phenomenal. This hotel is located on the quieter side of the Sun Moon Lake, which our family prefers. The other side is way too busy. Keep in mind, though most of the stores are closed by 8 PM so if you’re seeking a more lively nightlife side of the lake might not be the best. If you’re looking for a quieter vibe and area, this hotel is perfect.

GGuest UserGreat hostel right in the main streets of ita Thao. The bus stop is just up the road and there is shops and small restaurants right outside.
The staff were lovely and very helpful- always smiling and greeting us as we passed.
The capsule was spacious for a double bed capsule with space to leave some belongings beside the bed. It had good A/C, was very clean and even has a small window which was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was secure with the key card lock.
The dorms were nice and quiet. The floor had a lovely bathroom with good shower facilities. Lockers were big and fit all our backpacks. Also has a nice lounging area on the floor as well. The rooftop area seemed lovely if the weather allowed.
Washing machines and driers were old and didn’t dry our clothes properly so maybe use the launderette in the town instead.
The kitchen area was clean and spacious and has a massive tv. Little extras such as umbrellas outside, slippers for the room and the music area are an added bonus.
Would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to sun moon lake. It is modern and great value for money for a hostel.

RReece JamesThis is our first time staying in a high class hotel.
It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty!
The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint.
The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice,
The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes.
We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds.
The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable.
If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again.
The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet.
All make for an unforgettable stay.

AArtLLocation is super convenient, barely 50m from the 7-eleven and SML's Nantou Bus Ticketing counter where Nantou Bus 6670 from Taichung drop passengers. The ground floor of the B&B is a elegantly decorated tea-shop and had a pleasant whiff of red-dates chinese tea, very welcoming on a hot day. Our room was nicely renovated, very cosy and clean, well laid out, with Taiwan cable channels and Youtube smart TV box. It has modern toilet fittings and very refreshing lightly scented shampoo and body wash in dispensers. The lady at the counter (小芸) was absolutely helpful. She sold us discounted ferry tickets compared to buying from the counters at the pier, explained activities to do and places to visit and boat/bus routes around SML when we arrived and gave us a WhatsApp to contact her for any queries. She also advised us to visit Itashao to taste the street foods for lunch and recommend places for dinner through WhatsApp after returning to Shiushe without pushing us to visit the restaurants nor buy tea from the shop. Truly warm ********* hospitality and the best part of staying in this B&B.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful, always available for any questions or requests. The breakfast offered a good variety and was of high quality. GGuest UserWe stayed on December 31 and enjoyed a beautiful fireworks view right from our balcony — truly memorable. Breakfast had many choices, and the hotel is beautiful with a warm wooden feel, featuring a kids’ playroom, swimming pool, and a lovely lake view spot.
Step outside and you’ll find the night market, pier, and cable car, all within walking distance. Super convenient and absolutely lovely.

AAbby KuoThe room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in Shuishe, a stop for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, offering convenient transportation while still being quiet. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center where you can catch the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle and the round-the-lake bus. Since there aren't many shops or food stalls in Shuishe at night, we chose a room package that included dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the hotel, allowing us to relax and enjoy, offering great value for money. The in-room bathtub was perfect for a hot soak, which was very convenient. The service was excellent, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. We'd be happy to book this hotel again next time.

AAmmber安波Awesome! They offer free bicycles for cycling around the lake. B3 has a game room with table tennis and billiards, plus a free basketball arcade machine. The gym has treadmills and spin bikes. The lake view rooms face the beautiful lake. The quad room even has a Japanese-style tatami room. Excellent value for money. It's only a 15-minute walk from Shuishe Pier, super convenient if you get hungry late at night!

喬喬治麻The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They can buy one-day ferry tickets and cooperate with bicycle shops at discounted prices, which is very convenient. Overall, it's very good 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal.
The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental.
I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury.
Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh.
The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme.
The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor.
The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
