Its widespread locations and convenient accessibility are a big plus, but more importantly, the service is consistently excellent and standardized. Check-in and check-out are super efficient, and the front desk staff are professional without being intrusive. The room's workspace is spacious and well-lit with thoughtfully designed lighting, so working late into the night doesn't strain my eyes. After a sound night's sleep, a balanced member breakfast recharges me for the day ahead. Hanting truly is a reliable 'haven' on my travels.

The room was spotless, and having the subway right downstairs was incredibly convenient. The service was excellent, and best of all, it was quiet with free parking. The Line 2 subway downstairs goes directly to Dameisha and Xiaomeisha, Huaqiangbei, and the popular spots in Gangxia North, as well as the Civic Center, which is super handy. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

It's quite convenient, right near the subway entrance. This time I chose it for my business trip to Shenzhen because it offers great value for money. I'm really looking forward to staying here again next time.

Front desk named Zoey, gave us free mini bar upgrade. Room is big and spacious. Amenities fully provided including bedroom slippers and 4 bottles of water daily. Opposite there is a mall (holiday plaza) where you can spend some shopping Laundry service available at level 11 for guests, FOC Breakfast wise, mostly Chinese cuisine and wide varieties Highly recommended to stay. I came here for a Mayday concert. The hotel is very close to the border crossing. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities are well-equipped. The only downside is that the TV is a bit small, not a flat-screen. The decor is typical of older hotels in Luohu, similar in style to Vienna, but it offers great value for money, especially compared to Hong Kong right across the border. Ordering takeout is also convenient. They didn't rush us to check out, which was a huge plus since we tend to be a bit slow. The staff even thoughtfully arranged for our two rooms to be on the same floor, making it easy to visit each other.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and while the room met international standards, the experience was far from ideal. The tap water came out cloudy and took a long time to clear up. The exhaust fan was really noisy, and the blackout curtains didn't block out enough light. When I checked in this morning, the front desk lady was polite enough, but the guy who checked me out was perfunctory, didn't smile, and had a stiff, impolite demeanor. At night, the TV wasn't working due to a network connection issue. We had to call three or four times and wait over an hour before they finally arranged a room change. The man who brought the new room key also had a bad attitude. When I asked about the TV's network problem, he actually said the person in charge wasn't working. Overall, the service was completely lacking in proactiveness; we had to prompt and push for everything, and their efficiency was incredibly slow, like squeezing toothpaste.
