The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Juchunyuan and Dameng Food Street, and across from Dameng is Sanfang Qixiang, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the rooms aren't small, with all the necessary amenities. I hope the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied, but it's not a big deal since Fuzhou has so many great local snacks. On the last day, they kindly extended my check-out time to 2:30 PM, which was very thoughtful and perfectly aligned with my train schedule. Excellent service!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and right next to Sanfang Qixiang, making it very convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the night views. The room was clean and tidy, and the large projector TV was a nice touch. What truly stands out is the front desk attendant; she was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making weary travelers feel right at home. (Attached photo shows bougainvillea in full bloom on the balcony outside the hotel's 8th-floor breakfast room, which was delightful đ)
We got a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. They mentioned the upgraded room would have a slightly obstructed view, but since we were out most of the day, we didn't really care about the window. However, when we opened the curtains, we were quite disappointed to see that the view was completely blocked by a triangular alcove, which was full of trash! I recommend they clean that up!
We drove there and, being unfamiliar with the area, we weren't sure where to enter for parking. It was rush hour, traffic was heavy, and it was hard to make a U-turn at the intersection. So, we circled twice before finally finding a spot. There aren't many spaces, but luckily there was one available, and parking was free for hotel guests.
The room's cleanliness and facilities were pretty good. The decor was vibrant and cheerful, similar to the Orange Hotel chain. There's a Cotti Coffee right outside, and they use a robot for food delivery.
Sanfang Qixiang is about a 10-minute walk away, and it's quite empty in the early mornings and late evenings. On the way, you'll pass Zhao Yiming, a food street, and Zhao Ji Dessert. The desserts there look appealing and aren't expensive, but the taste was very mediocre; we barely ate a few bites of what we ordered. It's not as good as Hui Lau Shan.
We also visited the Lin Zexu Memorial Hall and Fuzhou Museum. They're quite close, but it was too hot, so we took a taxi, which cost less than 12 yuan.
Choosing to stay at the Dongbai Fangxiang Grand Hotel for my Fuzhou trip was absolutely the right decision! đ
1. **Excellent Location:** The hotel is situated in the Dongjiekou business district, right above Dongbai Center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also just a one or two-minute walk (about 150 meters) from the subway station, so transportation is a breeze. The best part is a small door downstairs that leads directly to Ta Lane in Sanfang Qixiang. You're practically at the scenic area's doorstep! Whether you're tired from exploring and want to return to the hotel to rest, or you want to wake up early to photograph the 'love trees' before the crowds, it's super convenient.
2. **First-Class View:** I stayed on a high floor this time, and from my window, I had a panoramic view of Sanfang Qixiang. The sight of the traditional black-tiled, saddle-roofed buildings intertwined with the modern city was truly breathtaking, especially the stunning night view.
3. **Service and Facilities:** The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Although the sky lobby is on a high floor, the overall atmosphere was very cozy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, featuring local Fuzhou specialties like fish balls and 'laohua' (Fuzhou-style noodles), all of which tasted great. The fish balls, in particular, were handmade by the hotel's chefs and were much better than those you find outside.
In summary, this hotel truly achieves a perfect blend of 'star-rated experience' and 'local charm.' It's an excellent choice whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Fuzhou! đđđđđ

The hotel's location is excellent. Walk straight out and you're at Sanfang Qixiang, while to the right is Dali Food Street. There's also a subway station right next to the hotel, accessible by elevator. It's a century-old brand, making dining and staying incredibly convenient. The room was very quiet, though a little small. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

We chose a suite because we were traveling with elderly parents, and we were truly satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a view of the entire West Lake Grand Park. Accessing the park was also very convenient; we could just swipe our room card right next to the hotel without having to go the long way around. Plus, the suite allowed us to enjoy afternoon tea and happy hour at the 21st-floor executive lounge, which my parents absolutely loved. Another major perk is that the hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting to Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxiahang, and Yantaishan â whether by subway or taxi.

Booked this hotel for my trip to Fuzhou without much thought or checking reviews. The front desk staff upgraded my room for free, which was a nice surprise. The location is excellent, right near the subway station, making it convenient for exploring and dining. Daming Food Street, Sanfang Qixiang, and Zhufu Alley are all within walking distance. The only downsides were that the heating didn't work effectively at night, so it got a bit cold, but the shower had great water pressure.

The most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my trip to Fuzhou! It's super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The room comes with its own Yuanmai hot spring, perfect for soaking away all your fatigue. The French-style decor is simple yet elegant, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are smart. Housekeeping is meticulous, and the service is warm and responsive. The rooftop restaurant offers a rich breakfast spread, and there's a gym and self-service laundry room available. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Fuzhou!
The Hilton Garden Inn Fuzhou Wusi Road is located in the busiest commercial area of Wusi Road in the center of Fuzhou, adjacent to the financial district and transportation hub, providing convenient and worry free travel. My first time in Fuzhou and I chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton, as many people do... The location is great, very close to Shudou subway station, and only two stops away from Fuzhou Railway Station. It's also not far from Sanfang Qixiang and Yantaishan, which is very convenient. The facilities are relatively new, the WiFi is fast, and screen mirroring works smoothly without lag. There are two pillow options, which is quite nice for those who are particular about their pillows. The only downside is that the shower temperature was a bit low, which seems to be a common issue with Hampton hotels in several cities I've stayed in. The breakfast is decent, and they offer some Fuzhou specialties. Overall, it's excellent, and I would choose to stay here again if I come back to Fuzhou.
The Sanfang Qixiang Shuxiang Wenru Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Sanfang Qixiang Shuxiang Wenru Hotel offers a pleasant stay in Fuzhou for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 6km from Fuzhou Railway Station and 50km from Fuzhou Changle International Airport. In addition, Ximen Metro Station is just a short walk away. With Dongjiekou Scenic Resort, Lin Zexu's Former Residence and Temple and Wuyi Square all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
This hotel is located right within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area, seamlessly blending in with its attractions. At first glance, you might even mistake it for one of the old mansions! The 'Fuzhou' stone at the entrance and the walls covered in firecracker flowers draw plenty of people for photos.
They offer exclusive, special services: delicate snacks, fresh fruit, and a warming, small alcoholic drink.
**Room Facilities**: The rooms are entirely Chinese-style. The elegant peony mural above the bed, symbolizing 'spring filling the garden,' and the black-themed furniture are arranged very comfortably.
**Value for Money**: Overall, Fuzhou hotel prices offer good value. Coming back from Chaozhou, the difference in room quality for the same price is quite significant, so I think the value here is really high.
**Breakfast**: Served at the restaurant directly opposite. While the variety isn't huge, it includes local specialties like oyster omelets and 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). I heard it used to be at another Michelin-starred restaurant â I hope they can switch back to that one next time!
**Bed**: Large and comfortable.
**Hygiene**: Clean.
**Parking**: There's a dedicated parking lot, but since the entire scenic area has stone slab paths, pushing a suitcase is a bit inconvenient. Also, cars can't reach the hotel entrance directly, so you have to walk a bit. Our driver wasn't familiar with the area, which led to a longer detour, making it quite inconvenient.
**Room View**: Opening the wooden lattice windows, you see ancient, quaint surrounding walls.
**Location & Transportation**: Right in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area. For going out, entering from Tonghu Road is more convenient.
**Service**: I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. The uncle at the door carried all my luggage to the room and gave very detailed instructions and explanations. I even thought he was the owner! [Thumbs Up] The most thoughtful touch was the preserved plums â they were quite tasty. However, on the second day, the uncle only placed my luggage outside. If it could have been taken all the way to the roadside, I think the service would have been even more exceptional.
**Bathroom Facilities**: Bright and spotless, with a powerful shower.
The hotel's facilities and decor are all very ancient and elegant, exuding a tranquil charm. Looking at the large koi, I feel like I could spend an entire day just in the hotel.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was very clean.
Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions.
Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels.
A great stay! Highly recommended! đ
KKafeihentianEvery staff member at the hotel was incredibly kind and patient. They'd escort you to your room, help with luggage, and all visible snacks and drinks were complimentary. It was very relaxing. Getting to Sanfang Qixiang was also super convenient. The room had tea and books, and these books introduced famous figures and literati who lived in Sanfang Qixiang.
Welcome fruits and a greeting gift were delivered directly to the room.
For the Chinese bead stringing cultural experience, my child still wears the beads they strung themselves.
Besides these, you could also make your own postcards and lacquer fans.
Finally, we even received a parting gift.
Fuzhou's winter really isn't cold at all; I even saw mosquitoes!
GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but it's very clean. While not in the absolute center, the location is quieter within the park area and convenient for getting around, with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for takeaways! The room is well-equipped with all the amenities you need. Definitely worth a stay.
GGuest UserI was very satisfied with this hotel. Upon arrival, they upgraded my room, and for the May Day holiday, they even prepared a festive welcome gift â a truly delightful surprise!
The room was an Executive King, very spacious, and even included a hot tub with bath salts for a relaxing soak. The slippers were of good quality, not the usual disposable fabric type.
Breakfast selection was quite good for a four-star hotel, featuring hot dishes. You could even customize your own hot pot with options like beef eye, fish balls, and more. It really had a distinctive Fujian flavor.

AAnonymous UserService: The service was incredibly attentive and efficient. They were very quick to respond to requests, definitely a five-star experience.
Environment: The view was fantastic, overlooking the Min River. We got to watch the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful.
Facilities: The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't cast anything to it. Hopefully, they'll update that soon. I really liked the toiletries, though.
Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, but the taste was just average. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of waiting in line.
GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the facilities are relatively complete, there is a washing machine, the transportation is convenient, the service attitude is warm, the room is very clean, and it is well received. EEric19911991We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beachâit was exactly as shown and completely worth it đâ¨
The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstandingâthoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch đ
Although the weather wasnât very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another big plusâdelicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day đ
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!
GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

BBianshiheshuiguaiThe room and the hotel photos were consistent. The room wasn't big, but it was well-equipped. The location is very convenient, not far from Sanfang Qixiang, Youth Association, Shangxiahang, and Yantai Mountain. There are many restaurants and a market nearby, which is great.
AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
