Hotels near Daming Palace Site Park, Xi'an

"Ji Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, with a wide variety of dining and shopping options right on its doorstep. Getting around by taxi or subway was also a breeze. I particularly loved their toiletries; the scent was fresh and mild, and they felt wonderful to use. The thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and books in the lobby really showed their attention to detail."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! You could feel the hotel's attentiveness in every detail: when I arrived, it was scorching hot, and the front desk immediately offered me a refreshing plum juice. Later that day, after an outing where I had my makeup done, I realized I'd forgotten my makeup remover wipes. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and brought me some – so considerate! The projector screen in the audio-visual room was perfect for binge-watching shows, and it even came with a Youku VIP membership. The cleaning staff kept the room spotless. The security guard was very kind and helped me with my numerous bags, even recommending some local eateries. The hotel also has a free laundry room with both washers and dryers, which is a huge convenience and saved me a lot of hassle. These seemingly small things made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"This hotel is located in the heart of Xi'an, offering extremely convenient transportation. There's a subway station right outside, as well as a tourist service center for trips to the Terracotta Army. The Bell Tower and city tour bus stops are also very close by. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel's location is surprisingly quiet. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities, rooms, and cleanliness all meet star-rated standards. I highly recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Xi'an."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The common areas had a nice environment, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is absolutely worth a special mention! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transport links. The accompanying garden is truly unique in Xi'an. The public areas are grand and spacious, and even though it's not a tall building, it has four elevators. Our room itself was fantastic – great size, layout, natural light, and a lovely view, truly feeling like a suite. But the most outstanding highlight is their service. From the doormen and front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Any request we had was addressed immediately. We had arranged for a twin bed setup beforehand, and it was all ready when we arrived, which was very thoughtful! Specifically, on our last day, our museum plans changed, and we couldn't get back to the hotel in time for checkout. We spoke to the front desk, and they graciously extended our checkout time on two separate occasions. As an extra touch, the hotel breakfast offers small bowls of *paomo* (a local specialty), which was a nice little bonus."

"This hotel is right next to the Wulukou subway station, making it super convenient to get to the Bell and Drum Tower and the train station. The zero-pressure mattress and pillows were really comfortable, the room was clean, and the rain shower was a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's definitely my top choice for visiting Xi'an."

"Close to Xiaonanmen, the price is particularly high, especially the young lady at the front desk, the younger brothers, the service is very good, very warm, the big sister of the super travel agency in the lobby is also very good, every time I come, I smile and say hello to us, let me be very happy."

"The environment is clean and the service is great, with staff always ready to answer any questions. The decor is Chinese style, and it's quite quiet outside the window. There are three hotels inside, so it might be a bit tricky to find the exact location. Regarding the all-in-one control panel, once you press to turn everything off, it's quite fiddly to find the buttons to turn things back on. I suggest using physical buttons for the bedside lamps; many hotels now use voice commands for smart systems, which would also be more convenient."

"Cold water bottles provided straight from the fridge once we got in, check in took a few minutes but a whole tour group came in before us and the staff were great with using a translation app to book us in. Every stop at the elevator had more water bottles to go. The view from our room was spectacular- 100% worth paying a bit extra for. The room itself was nice, clean but the carpets were a bit grubby looking, I’m sure they were cleaned but they were showing their age a bit. The room announces itself to you every time you come in which was a bit annoying but minorly so. The shower was good, always hot water available and the room provided amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, vanity kit etc, and had a hair drier and charging cables, which I thought was a nice touch. Bedside tables had charging ports as well as outlets for both types of chinese plugs. All in all a really comfortable hotel stay. Would come back again"
