Guest UserThe hotels rooms were clean and organized. People who worked there were really nice and helped with any problem.
The pool and weightroom was disappointing though. If you are going there just for the hotel or food tho, its good.
Breakfast had alot of variety with good services.

Great location, right across from Terminal 3. The rooms are spacious, making it an excellent choice for early morning or late-night flights. The service is quick, professional, and efficient. Breakfast isn't a buffet, so you might consider booking without it.

The breakfast was a little lacklustre, but not bad.

nn&nnThe hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk away. From Terminal 3, take the hotel shuttle from waiting area 37. The hotel facilities are a bit old. I arrived just before midnight, and the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming; I had to wait a while before anyone helped me. Breakfast was crowded, and the selection was just average.

Guest UserThe hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times.
The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

This location is super convenient for the airport, just across the road. It's great for dropping off your luggage and then taking an Uber to the city, which costs around $40, so you can explore the city unburdened. Canadian hotels typically don't provide complimentary bottled water, but this one does, and the front desk even gave me several bottles, which was a nice touch!

Guest UserIt wasn't a mind-blowing breakfast, but having it included was definitely a plus.
Making my own waffles was a fun touch.
I had an early flight at 5 AM for my next leg of the trip and was planning to take an Uber. However, the front desk staff, during check-in, proactively asked when I'd need the shuttle bus and arranged it for me (free of charge, of course). This made my trip so much more stress-free.
Both the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were very friendly and kind.

Booked for my family. The hotel is less than half an hour from the airport. It is very convenient. I have stayed here twice before, each time for five or six days. The hotel environment, hygiene and service are all good. So I chose this hotel for my family this time. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around.

Tracey Johnson ACSCCPThe hotel was a little out of the way the shuttle didn’t turn up to where it was supposed to turn up to, so I stood in the freezing freezing weather for over an hour waiting for it once I got to the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but they did fix that for me. The room was clean and well appointed had everything in it. You need there was a really annoying beeping noise all night long kind of like a fire alarm chirping the reason I’ve marked this hotel down from five stars is because it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hundred dollar deposit on my credit card. Apparently this happens on a regular basis according to the other people’s reviews so now I’m looking at having to chase it up otherwise I would have stayed there again on my return to Toronto. If you know where to get the shuttle which is Pier 17 not pier 40 we’re all of the other hotels pick up. I’m sure it’s a lot more convenient to get here. Bed was very comfortable.
