"Nice room and beds, decent shower and clean. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are a bit dated and a touch tatty but the room was modern. Breakfast was decent but not quite as good as at the holiday inn express next door and the breakfast room is quite a bit smaller and more cramped with less tables. Free coffee in the reception and the rooms was nice. Staff on the desk was nice and chatty. Overall it was decent."
"I had a very pleasant 2-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Meadowvale Mississauga. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Guests consistently mention the hotel’s clean rooms, attentive service, free parking, indoor pool, and on-site dining as strong points.
The room was relaxing and provided a good night’s sleep, and the location was convenient for getting around Mississauga. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming, and I especially appreciated the good service and the easy parking, which made the stay stress-free."
"The room is very large and spacious, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the overall feeling is good! The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties."
"My stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on."
"This hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service, adding great convenience for guests. The room was clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was satisfying with a decent selection. Overall, a pleasant stay."
"This place was close enough and the least expensive place to choose from. The Motel was fine to stay in, with air conditioning and a vending machine to access where the laundry machines were. A bit of damages that looked like they had been repaired but clean nonetheless. There were people running in the halls and returning at early hours in the morning which is not on the Motel but something to consider if you’re looking for a quiet stay. Other than that, no complaints here. Thank you!"
"I am a gold hilton honors member and I booked for one night, I am not much happy, but overall good room. Slow water comes from sink fauset, and I issue not solved when requested maintenance. I didn’t like the breakfast service assistance!"
"Stranded in Toronto due to bad weather.. and found this hotel nearby airport as room rate was reasonable. Very nice and clean place. There is not many restaurants nearby, and restaurant inside the hotel only open from
Monday to Friday, which is quite inconvenient especially during middle of the night."
"The location is somewhat removed, but it is accessible to the highway and there are bus stops nearby. The facility itself more than met my expectations. There was a pipe that burst in the lobby during my stay, but it didn’t affect my impression of the hotel or its facilities. We were all notified in advance of the disruption to the water. Check-in and check-out were seamless."
"Impressed by large room and size of bathroom, kitchenet. Check-in went smoothly and staff was helpful
Breakfast space was quite limited specially during busy time 8-10AM
Most of items at breakfast were repeated so for guests staying longer than one day it would be a bit of disappointing"

Great
AAnonymous UserIt was really good to stay in toronto. it’s so close to airport and they have a shuttle bus. Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend it.
PPianist with no handsI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.
JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.
GGuest UserIt was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.
AAlicia York-BirdA lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests
flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone.
The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery.
There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight!
Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
라라라They offer a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, which is super convenient! It's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Just a heads-up, the pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 3 are on the business card, so make sure to check that out. And you absolutely *have* to call the number to arrange the pick-up! This hotel offers great value for money, and the staff are really friendly, though it does have a bit of an older feel to it.
WWangconglongI chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied!
Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing.
Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.
GGuest UserIt wasn't a mind-blowing breakfast, but having it included was definitely a plus.
Making my own waffles was a fun touch.
I had an early flight at 5 AM for my next leg of the trip and was planning to take an Uber. However, the front desk staff, during check-in, proactively asked when I'd need the shuttle bus and arranged it for me (free of charge, of course). This made my trip so much more stress-free.
Both the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were very friendly and kind.
VVishnuBKNU Airport Toronto Hotel in Mississauga is an ideal choice for weary travellers. Its convenient location near Pearson Airport makes it perfect for a restful night’s stay.
The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles.
A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door.
The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file.
I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.
