"Great hotel if you have a layover at YYZ! They offer shuttle service to the airport, complementary coffee and breakfast! Had a great 5 hours of sleep before my next flight! Only downside was waiting for the shuttle bus for about 30minutes before it picked us up from the airport (I could have gotten more sleep). The hotel is a bit far from the airport compared to others so always account for extra time!"

"Had a very pleasant stay after a long flight. Everything about the room was as expected. Comfortable and clean. Especially liked the 24 well-equipped (for a hotel) gym and very decent spread for breakfast. Didn’t try the pool but it looks nice too. Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient.a"

"Front desk staff were very good. Room was okay, had a weird musty smell probably because of the carpet. Mattress on bed was horrible definitely needs to be replaced. Overall it was just okay. The location was perfect for my needs."

"This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!"

"We spent a night as my daughter needed to leave for the airport at 4 pm - I wanted to continue to sleep to be fit for the 3 hour drive home. We therefore declined the offer to get a wake up call. At 3 pm I was woken up from my sleep because they gave us a wake up call regardless. I don’t have a good sleep and I had trouble going back to sleep. Before 7.30 am, housekeeping knocked without break to clean the room  and they woke me up again- Even though we had let the reception know that only one person was taking the early bus. It was very disappointing"

"Fantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend."
