"accommodated well for driving. Plenty parking lots. The staff was so helpful and very willing to provide assistance. Cookie is good. No Safe for property in room but the microwave in room really good for me having night snacks habits. btw , Tim Hortons just right next to the inn, you can enjoy your coffee anytime you want to."
"I asked for a late check-out, hoping for a bit of flexibility. Instead, I was told it would cost $20 per hour—no exceptions. It felt a bit unkind and transactional, especially after an otherwise pleasant stay."
"Great hotel if you have a layover at YYZ! They offer shuttle service to the airport, complementary coffee and breakfast! Had a great 5 hours of sleep before my next flight!
Only downside was waiting for the shuttle bus for about 30minutes before it picked us up from the airport (I could have gotten more sleep). The hotel is a bit far from the airport compared to others so always account for extra time!"
"We spent a night as my daughter needed to leave for the airport at 4 pm - I wanted to continue to sleep to be fit for the 3 hour drive home. We therefore declined the offer to get a wake up call. At 3 pm I was woken up from my sleep because they gave us a wake up call regardless. I don’t have a good sleep and I had trouble going back to sleep. Before 7.30 am, housekeeping knocked without break to clean the room and they woke me up again- Even though we had let the reception know that only one person was taking the early bus.
It was very disappointing"
"The price/performance ratio of the hotel is average, and there are no services, but the room is clean and tidy, and the basic configuration is still there. The main location is superior. The nucleic acid for returning home is next door, and the opposite bus goes directly to the airport. It is good if necessary"
"They have a complimentary schüttle that picks you up just outside the baggage area. Complimentary schüttle to the airport on the hour. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise as there was actually an excellent protein, boiled eggs, Sausages, yoghurt granola and fruit. They had all the other items such as toast, croissants, bagels, muffins, orange and apple juice, waffles you make yourself, tea or coffee with milk or cream. Every area was clean. Quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room with compliment coffee pods and teas. Pump soap and bar soap Shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, shower cap and makeup remover pads. Plenty of towels."
"Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems."
"Had a very pleasant stay after a long flight. Everything about the room was as expected. Comfortable and clean. Especially liked the 24 well-equipped (for a hotel) gym and very decent spread for breakfast. Didn’t try the pool but it looks nice too. Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient.a"
"It was an absolutely pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and both the reception and service staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was good, offering a sufficient variety of options. I particularly appreciated that guests were allowed to bring breakfast back to their rooms, which was very convenient for me
.
The location was slightly less convenient as I did not have my own transportation, but there were several restaurants within a 15–20 minute walking distance.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would be happy to return and stay at this hotel again in the future."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotels rooms were clean and organized. People who worked there were really nice and helped with any problem.
The pool and weightroom was disappointing though. If you are going there just for the hotel or food tho, its good.
Breakfast had alot of variety with good services.
LLvxingzhongdeJoyceGreat location, right across from Terminal 3. The rooms are spacious, making it an excellent choice for early morning or late-night flights. The service is quick, professional, and efficient. Breakfast isn't a buffet, so you might consider booking without it.
GGuest UserOverall solid stay at Glo.
Pros:
Fairly clean, well maintained, and large rooms (king suite). Staff were very courteous as well.
Cons:
The breakfast was a little lacklustre, but not bad.
Nnn&nnThe hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk away. From Terminal 3, take the hotel shuttle from waiting area 37. The hotel facilities are a bit old. I arrived just before midnight, and the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming; I had to wait a while before anyone helped me. Breakfast was crowded, and the selection was just average.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times.
The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
MMumu999This location is super convenient for the airport, just across the road. It's great for dropping off your luggage and then taking an Uber to the city, which costs around $40, so you can explore the city unburdened. Canadian hotels typically don't provide complimentary bottled water, but this one does, and the front desk even gave me several bottles, which was a nice touch!
GGuest Userhad a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.
BBijinBooked for my family. The hotel is less than half an hour from the airport. It is very convenient. I have stayed here twice before, each time for five or six days. The hotel environment, hygiene and service are all good. So I chose this hotel for my family this time. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around.
TTracey Johnson ACSCCPThe hotel was a little out of the way the shuttle didn’t turn up to where it was supposed to turn up to, so I stood in the freezing freezing weather for over an hour waiting for it once I got to the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but they did fix that for me. The room was clean and well appointed had everything in it. You need there was a really annoying beeping noise all night long kind of like a fire alarm chirping the reason I’ve marked this hotel down from five stars is because it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hundred dollar deposit on my credit card. Apparently this happens on a regular basis according to the other people’s reviews so now I’m looking at having to chase it up otherwise I would have stayed there again on my return to Toronto. If you know where to get the shuttle which is Pier 17 not pier 40 we’re all of the other hotels pick up. I’m sure it’s a lot more convenient to get here. Bed was very comfortable.
