"Nice room and beds, decent shower and clean. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are a bit dated and a touch tatty but the room was modern. Breakfast was decent but not quite as good as at the holiday inn express next door and the breakfast room is quite a bit smaller and more cramped with less tables. Free coffee in the reception and the rooms was nice. Staff on the desk was nice and chatty. Overall it was decent."

"I chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service."

"I had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"My stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on."

"Stranded in Toronto due to bad weather.. and found this hotel nearby airport as room rate was reasonable. Very nice and clean place. There is not many restaurants nearby, and restaurant inside the hotel only open from Monday to Friday, which is quite inconvenient especially during middle of the night."
