"The hotel is close to metro station, easy to find. The room is wonderful, very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable (not as soft as other hotel). We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel. But just one expectation, we don’t know well how to use the microwave and washing machines in the room, it will be better if instruction provided."

"The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay. The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash. Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations: No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided. The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable. No fridge in the room. You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?) The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously? Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage. Location note: The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers. If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place."

"It is a new hotel next to Brussels-Midi station. The decor is very modern. The staffs are super friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. They have a small cafe in the lobby and there are many place to hang out. There is also a small gym in the basement which is quite nice. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to recommend great places to visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city."

"This hotel boasts a rather convenient location, allowing for a pleasant walk into the city center (if you're up for it!). The stroll itself is quite enjoyable, with numerous points of interest along the way. What's more, the immediate vicinity of the hotel is brimming with dining, drinking, and shopping options. The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully divided into distinct areas for the bathroom, dressing, sleeping, and even a kitchen, which is a definite plus. However, one significant drawback is the hotel's parking facility. It is incredibly narrow, and unfortunately, my car suffered several scrapes as a result. Additionally, there's a daily parking fee of approximately €20. Overall, while the hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms in a well-situated location with plenty of nearby amenities, the extremely tight parking situation is a considerable downside to be aware of."

"We booked this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Brussels. When we arrived early, the lady at reception was very kind and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after travelling. Later that evening, after spending the day exploring Brussels, we returned to the hotel very late and exhausted. That’s when we noticed there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. The bed was also extremely itchy, and it felt like something was biting us during the night, although we couldn’t find any visible bugs. The next morning, we had to leave very early to catch a train to Luxembourg, and again returned late that evening. We informed the receptionist about the stained sheets, but unfortunately he was very rude and dismissive. He told us our complaint was “unacceptable” because we reported it late in the evening and should have mentioned it in the morning instead. In our opinion, he could have simply passed the issue on to the morning staff so it could be handled properly. What made things worse was that housekeeping made the bed the next day but did not replace the sheets at all the blood stain was still there. Our trip itself was amazing, but sadly, about a week later, both my girlfriend and I were diagnosed with Lyme disease after experiencing bites during our stay. We cannot say for certain where it came from, but our experience in the hotel room definitely raised concerns. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the poor handling of a hygiene-related complaint."

"I really liked everything about the hotel. It was clean, and the service was 10000% perfect! All the amenities were there too. It even reminded me of a competing chain hotel whose name starts with 'I' and ends with 'BIS'. But, as you know, the neighborhood plays a significant role. It's best not to stroll around there in the evening unless you're a 'marginal' type of person. If you are, though, you'll easily find company and maybe even best friends, as they're sleeping everywhere there. Since Brussels isn't a very big city, it's only a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Manneken Pis. So, everything was great! I recommend it."
