"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."

"Everything—facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service—was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Since there were three of us staying together, the hotel must have specially added an extra bed. They also provide breakfast; while not extensive, it was certainly sufficient. "A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."

"This is a decent serviced apartment, close to the MRT station and bus station, with a small supermarket across the street. Transportation and shopping are quite convenient. Since it's a serviced apartment, there's no receptionist at the apartment. Upon arrival, you have to take a bus to a separate check-in location, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, the apartment charges are reasonable."

"I was expecting the single room in Europe to be quite small, but it was surprisingly spacious and deep. It was also very clean. There are three things to note: First, the amenities are sparse. You only get one thin plastic cup and hand soap! There are no slippers, toothbrushes, or shampoo, so you'll need to bring your own. There's no complimentary water either. While there was a coffee machine at reception, it was pay-per-use. Second, the in-room Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to. I thought I was connected to the Wi-Fi and was browsing online, only to discover later that I was using data roaming, which was a surprise. Even when it did connect, the signal was usually only one bar. This might vary depending on the room. Third, the location. It's a good location as you can walk to the Brussels city center. However, the nearest station, Nord, which is about a 10-minute walk, felt a bit intimidating to walk through alone, even around 6 PM. Keeping these three points in mind, it's a good hotel if you can find a cheap plan!"

"I only stayed one night but the experience was fantastic. The reception desk upgraded my room when he noticed it was my birthday week. I was even able to check-in early. Great room, great stay, great location!"

"El personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la ducha y lo resolvieron rápidamente. Esta muy cerca de una estación de metro y de paradas de autobús. La habitación estaba limpia y las camas son muy cómodas, el hotel pone en la habitación un gran surtido de ameneidades. Los días que hemos pasado en Bélgica han sido muy calurosos y el aire acondicionado en la habitación ha sido una maravilla. Hemos estado en diferentes hoteles por este país y aunque otros también nos han gustado, este ha sido el que más."

"U just need 15 minutes to get to the city center and there is a metro station 2 min away from the hotel. Their rooms are clean but very noisy. I hear everyone that passes through the floor and everyone who was on the floor above me. That interrupted my sleep."

"So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻"
