"The location is good, although there's no kitchen access. The beds are extremely narrow, more like for children, and the pillows are very thick. They should really look into the bed situation because getting a good night's sleep is the most important thing."

"The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street. There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule. PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight."

"The hotel is about three kilometers from the airport, so a taxi gets you there very quickly. We stayed here for a day to rest up before flying back home from Nice to Brussels. The room size was decent, clean, and spacious enough to open and lay out two suitcases easily. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. The TV was also a good size. The next day, you can take a free shuttle to the airport. I recommend getting to the airport early because security at Brussels Airport is very thorough, and passport control can be slow. Even three hours beforehand can feel a bit rushed, so I suggest giving yourself plenty of time."

"I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel."
