The hotel breakfast was delicious, especially their bread, which was hands-down the best I'd had in Europe, far surpassing even Andaz."

"The Garner Vienna Hotel - Prinz Eugen (an IHG hotel) is a very good hotel (in our experience) with a very convenient location, right near the Wien Hauptbahnhof station, close to Wien Bus Station, and also right next to Belvedere Castle and a number of other attractions. The hotel is long-established, with a classic design, very cozy, well-organized, comfortable and quiet. My room had a window overlooking the city with its old rooftops and church bell tower, which was beautiful and striking both in the morning and at sunset. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly, very helpful and warm. I will definitely return to this hotel!"

"Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you."

"Rooms and toilets are clean. Although you have to make your own bed, the sheets are clean and everything was superb. The location is good since its close to one of the metro stops, and also clos to the the main shopping street of vienna. The staffs were very friendly too. They have no problem helping you with anything. However, this hostel doesn't let you put your bags in the reception and you will have to rent your own locker. But other than that, everything about this hostel is very very good."

"We appreciated especially the room cleanliness and the perfect location of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and abundant: maybe it would have been better to have some espresso included in the beverage package. The beds were comfortable enough. I would suggest to add some instructions for the AC system usage and room temperature setting. I found a little bit uncomfortable the absence of a shower box; being a open shower niche, water tends to splash outside on the floor."

"Newly renovated to a good standard, room was small with a creaky bed, management compensated for this issue satisfactorily. Car park was tight for a small car. We didnt use the breakfast or restaurant. Good central location easy walk to main city and shops."

"I stay in this hotel for 6 nights, generally the room is clean, but room cleaning service is slow, some day after I left hotel in the morning and return around 4pm but room was not clean… The room seems do not have heater as maximum temperature is 25C, no heat mode… One safety concern is the door mechanical lock was not working to my opinion as when we lock it manually/mechanically, we still able to open the door from outside with room key, feedback to reception but their feedback is this is normal, it can use room key to open the door even door is mechanically shut inside…. Generally the reception is not as friendly/ helpful, probably On the other hand, the location is very good, walking distance to Vienna main train station and city train, convenient to go any place of interest."
