Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

We stayed at H2 Wien Hotel and found the location to be very convenient. It’s situated right next to the metro, with restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores nearby, which made getting around and finding essentials really easy.
However, our stay was impacted by a couple of issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortable, and we could hear the train noise quite clearly at night, making it difficult to sleep.
On the positive side, the hotel does include breakfast, which was a nice addition.

Environment: Very close to Schönbrunn Palace, very convenient to walk to. There are some restaurants and small shops downstairs and nearby, but they are basically closed on Sundays, so you need to plan your Sunday arrangements in advance.
It is a little far from the subway station, so it is not particularly convenient to carry a suitcase, but it is acceptable considering the price and the proximity to Schönbrunn Palace.

The room was a decent size, but the amenities were very basic. The carpets were a bit grubby. It's located in what felt like a suburban area, which was very quiet. There's a subway-like public transport option for getting around. At this price point, it's definitely one of the cheapest options around. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for the night.

The rooms look exactly like the pictures and while compact, was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. Lighting was also great in the room and the only real issue was the water pressure seemed a bit low.
Breakfast was also more than adequate for us, especially considering the price we paid. So we would highly recommend staying here. Its a bit of town but the price and value makes up for it.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The room was very large, spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, quiet and clean. Although it was a smart check-in system, communicating with them by phone was very convenient, and they were very helpful. I initially stayed in a room close to the entrance, so the sound of the door closing was a bit disturbing my sleep. Therefore, I called them to ask them to change my room, and they helped me find a very quiet one, which I was very happy with!

My stay at CAMPANILE VIENNA SOUTH was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy design that makes you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and efficient during check-in, and they patiently answered all my questions.
The room was well-arranged, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hygiene was top-notch, with attention paid to every detail. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to transport and amenities nearby.
It offers excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Vienna, and I'll be recommending it to my friends! Five-star rating!

Because I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

BBaibaiyiyiHad a very satisfying stay for one night. The room was spacious and conveniently located right next to the Belvedere Palace. The Rennweg station, just 100m away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and the 71 tram takes you straight to Hofburg Palace in the city center. The room also had air conditioning and a refrigerator.

Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

Good breakfast, and I absolutely loved the blender for making our own fruit and vegetable juices. The breakfast service was excellent, and the front desk staff were wonderful; they even left an anniversary gift in our room. The location is superb, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral.

GGuest UserOverall very pleasant experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Basics like hand wash, shower gel were provided. Location was excellent being beside the bus and train station - meaning easy access to Vienna City centre as well as routes to other countries. Only downside was the slight noise from outside of either bins banging and clashing and the odd train passing by, but expected when booking. Even without air con the room remained at a regulated temperature during our stay in March. The only major draw back is the check in check out service, it needs to be made slightly clearer as to how the process works. Upon arrival I was not aware I had to download the Hotelbird app to check in, so on a Saturday and Sunday when no one is available at the desk we had to wait for someone already staying in the hotel to let us in. From there it’s fairly easy you check in on the iPads and collect your room key. Finally, the smartments complex doesn’t allow you to leave your luggage with them, that’s the only draw back to the amenities provided. Now knowing how the check in service works I would definitely stay here again.

However, the overall establishment is old and run-down, with peeling paint and simple decor. There's no Wi-Fi signal in the room, nor a fridge – just a safe. It's actually worse than a Hanting Hotel. When I asked to switch to a room with Wi-Fi, the front desk refused, so I had to use the internet in the lobby. I'm genuinely surprised this is part of the InterContinental Group.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!

GGuest UserI like the place very much. It is clean, near to train station, near to city. We can cook in the room and the price is reasonable It is easy to self-check in. The only problem is the elevator is not working so we need to use the stairs with heavy luggage. Overall, I recommend this place and will stay again next time.

The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
