"This is a rather unusual hotel. The upper floors seem to be a youth hostel. The pros are its excellent location, very close to the subway, and well-equipped facilities like a restaurant, luggage storage, and a coffee area with vending machines. The staff were all very good. However, there's one downside: my double room was on the first floor, not far from the lobby bar. It wasn't noisy when I went to bed, but at 3 or 5 AM, I was woken up by a group of people in the lobby bar. Then I heard someone shushing them, seemingly telling them to be quiet, but I was already awake. The room was very large and tall, definitely cool in the summer. The bathroom was especially spacious. When I arrived, a bunch of young people were smoking around the check-in entrance – smoking at the entrance/exit is really not acceptable."

"The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so it was quite noisy in the mornings, which affected my sleep. The location is excellent, very close to both the subway and tram stations, and there are malls and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient."

"An older hotel, but the breakfast was superb and definitely met high standards for Vienna. The room was clean and had a classic feel, but some of the facilities weren't very modern due to the hotel's age. If you want a kettle, you'll need to pay a 20 Euro deposit at the front desk."

"Nice little gem. We've had a great stay for 4 nights. The room was large and clean. The location was convenient, maybe 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, but it's not far from the metro station. The staff were amazing. Their breakfast was excellent."

"All was good! Perhaps another chair and a refrigerator would be useful. The single bed wasn't very big, but the pillow, blanket, and mattress were good. I also used the service to store my luggage, because I had a late flight and I decided not to overpay for a late check-out. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions."

"The room was right near Westbahnhof (West Train Station), making transportation super convenient. The car rental place was directly across from the hotel, which was incredibly handy! The room didn't have a kettle, but the staff provided one when asked. The bed was a bit soft but comfortable to sleep in. There's a free coffee machine and tea bags in the lobby on the first floor! Just grab a sandwich outside and you've got breakfast covered!"

"The hotel is located in the city center. There was a supermarket downstairs, but now it has been changed to a low-priced store. However, we can still buy low-priced supplies in that low-priced store. It is also easy to find restaurants around the hotel. However, it is difficult to find a parking spot."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lovely signature scent throughout the lobby, which made me feel instantly relaxed. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for the price. It came with all the necessary amenities. Although there were only a few power outlets, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the quality of the toiletries, the soap and shower gel had a refreshing scent, and the Amity products were a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you."
