we stay for 2 night & enjoyed a hit spring bathtub. So far it services met our expectations from breakfast to Gym. We bought a ticket for hot spring at discounted rate as gently advised by receptionist. It was a good highlight ^^. The location was very good with 13 mins walking distance to centre of local market. Surprisingly, next to the hotel, there was a very good Chinese Food Shop. Holiday Inn worthy revisit in cold season.

We booked the room with private hot spring tub. The room is big and comfortable. It's located right in the town area which is very convenient. Breakfast is enjoyable. Overall good.

This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, but would like to clarify room details. Advertise as River View and I booked based on that description. Unfortunately, my assigned room faced another building instead. The experience may be satisfactory in other aspects, but an obstructed view can really dampen what could be a fantastic stay.

This was our third or fourth year in a row that we came here and it's probably the last. The quality of this hotel service has dropped significantly. The rooms are unbelievably hot. All of the guests have been complaining about it. The hotel has turned off the central air conditioning so nobody can turn it on or off in their rooms. Instead they offer you fans that don't do much. And the portable ACs that also don't really do much. They just make the room very humid. It was impossible to sleep. Everybody was drowning in their own sweat. The cleanliness of the hotel is also very bad. They don't vacuum unless you are in the room watching the people clean. My friend did that and they vacuumed her room. We were not in our room. We came back when they just finished cleaning and the floor was not vacuumed. There was trash everywhere. The hotel has smoking non-smoking signs everywhere but people smoke everywhere. When we came into the lobby the first day it was like walking into a bar. This is supposed to be a family friendly hotel and second hand smoking is extremely bad for children and also adults and nobody seemed to care. People were smoking on every floor. There was trash cigarettes everywhere. They didn't clean it for 4 days and the hotel's excuse was that they tell people not to smoke but the people still do it which is not true. They were not telling anybody or asking anybody to smoke outside. They just let people do whatever they wanted and people simply thought it's okay. The pool area that you have to pay for extra, which is okay was extremely dirty for the first two days. There were two young kids working there that didn't do anything. Just walked up and down. People were smoking inside the hot springs area and again it was like a nightclub. There was no oxygen. The trash was everywhere. The sauna was filthy. You could see old cups food plates everywhere. When you were sitting inside the pool. The trash was all around you. It seemed like the hotel told the workers inside the swimming pool to clean up a little bit, but of course they told them which guests complained about it. So the next day we didn't exactly feel very welcome. People were also eating hot dogs inside the pools drinking inside the pools which is clearly not allowed. There are signs everywhere but nobody said anything. People were jumping inside the pools diving. Nobody said anything and there seem to be no lifeguard on duty. Only the workers who are supposed to be taking care of the food and drinks. The quality of the breakfast is also much lower now, it's a Chinese buffet breakfast which is usually very good, but they don't offer many things. It's much less than in the past 3 years so it's very disappointing. Not many options for anyone. Maybe the hotel should also put up some non-spitting signs because the people were spitting everywhere on the carpet in the hallways inside the elevator in the hotel everywhere. And of course there are no workers anywhere to tell them that this is not exactly appropriate for a 5 star hotel. And the kids play room was never vacuumed, same trash every day. Very dirty. Given all the above. The price of this hotel is way too high. This hotel is not five star hotel anymore for the service they offer it's extremely expensive and the service does not reflect the price. It's too bad all the above happened because the location of the hotel is good, it has great access to the center and local restaurants. The hotel also has nice room sizes.

well organized

This is my second stay here and they did not disappoint as far as the service. There was construction going on our first night which we didn’t know until we paid and went in. Wish they had of mentioned the largest pool was closed. It was open the next day but I feel like the first day was a wasted ticket. Breakfast can be skipped if you are looking for Western choices which I was. The sushi place next door is good and there’s tons of food just walking distance from the hotel. If you are a foreigner be ready to have people taking videos of you in your bathing suit. I was there to get away so I tried to go at times when people were eating. Not everyone is this intrusive but just be aware. Great on service and clean and comfortable rooms. I had a room with a hot tub which was one of the highlights. Def do a mountain hike and pick strawberries if they are in season. Enjoy your trip!!

The customer service here is top of the line. We stayed here after hiking Mingyue Mountain. It was a rainy day and our clothes and shoes were soaked. When we asked if they had a clothes drying service they were happy to help. They took our wet clothes and washed them and they brought us two shoe dryers that got shoes dry in less than an hour. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and general manager stopped by to greet us and help ensure our order was correct since our mandarin is not strong. The food was quite tasty. We had the spicy beef with celery, stir fried noodles, cabbage and eggplant with green beans. The spa here is also very relaxing and great for sore legs after a long hike.

The best hotel in Wentang Town, Yichun. The hot spring pool in the room is authentic and comfortable, especially the large pool in the room, which is suitable for bringing parents. The service staff are very enthusiastic and proactive. Xiao Huan at the front desk also upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. During the stay, he would take the initiative to ask if I needed help. The service was great. You can choose this hotel when you come to Yichun to take a hot spring bath.

The facilities are quite good and the room is clean. The private bath in the room must be hot spring water. I saw comments saying that there was a musty smell in the corridor of the room. In fact, that was the unique sulfur smell of hot spring water. Here I would like to praise the hotel's front desk, which has a strong sense of service and treats guests warmly and politely. As for breakfast, there are a lot of varieties and the products are up to the standards of the Holiday Inn brand. There are shopping streets around, which makes it convenient to buy specialties, daily necessities and eat. There are direct buses to Mingyue Mountain and Qianguqing, but the frequency is relatively rare, so it is recommended to take an online taxi. It is convenient to take an online taxi from the hotel. Drivers will accept orders within seconds when going to scenic spots or airports. You don't have to worry about being ripped off by illegal taxis.

The room is clean and tidy. Xiao Zhou's service is thoughtful and careful. The scenery is beautiful. It is worth staying ♥

I have been staying here since I came to Yichun. The room is clean and tidy. The hot spring in the room is very convenient. I would like to thank Xiao Liu for helping me solve all the requirements in the notes.

It is a global chain hotel with good hardware facilities. The rooms are just a little old. The location is excellent and it is very close to Tianmu. The rooms with private baths are really comfortable. The hot spring in the hotel costs 108 yuan per ticket, and there are only 3 indoor pools and 3 outdoor pools. He was not satisfied after entering, so he paid more money to go to Tianmu for a bath.

Overall I was quite satisfied, but it was a bit noisy as it was near the road, and the restaurant waiter was not enthusiastic. I didn't order breakfast, so when I asked her about it, she looked very disdainful, as if I couldn't afford it after spending over 800 yuan on the hotel! The overall service is just average. I've stayed in hotels of this brand in Hangzhou and Indonesia, and other places are much more hospitable!
