Nice place to stay,Room full amenities , but toilets amenities not enough 😄😄, Swimming pool is nice can be relax and order what you want to eat and drink 🍺, There also have a happy hour so nice 👍. The staff so friendly and Well grooming. Breakfast is free including your room rate. Reasonable prices 😊😊😊.

Great designer hotel in the center of Siem Reap, we enjoy the great time here. The breakfast is amazing, with western and khmer infusion, the swimming pool view is nice too.

Stayed in the Angkor wing Deluxe King room for six nites. Check-in was poolside (excellent), Room is nice but light switches took a while to figure out, Bathroom is nice but towel hooks can be better placed. We had to ask for room slippers and cotton wool/buds. Breakfast was good, and was the food in the Kroya restaurant. Service staff all very friendly and accommodating. My two dissatisfactions were mozzies (even in the restaurant and rooms, even though my balcony door was never opened), and the village volleyball courts (3 courts in total I believe) where locals play early/late and they are loud. Oh, on rainy nights, the crickets and frogs are very very loud (hotel room doors seem to let thru all the outside noise). Also took me to get used to the buddha pic right above the bed (it stares down on you as u sleep).

I didn’t know there were 2 different wings in that property, anyway we were put in the “Angkor” wing, honestly please do not have very high expectation of this wing, there were mosquitoes flying all over the property, floor tiles were quite dirty & no one seem to bother about cleaning it, lobby has no air conditioning, restaurant food is ok, overall staffs are very helpful with everything, location is near the night market, so is kind of convenient if you want to head over for some reflexology or massage at night.

So sorry but I don’t really understand your point about the 2 wings mentioned, in fact we have 3 wings to our property but so do many hotels, so cannot reply more on this. The 3 wings are Bayon Wing, Angkor Wing and the Pool Villas Wing.Being rainy season, there are naturally more mosquitoes than normal in Cambodia however we regularly fog the property with organic chemicals, sadly nature will invite itself to where-ever it wishes to go. What you refer to as dirty tiles is the smooth cement patina, this is the design and certainly not dirty. The Angkor Wing lobby is open air however, there is air conditioning in the lobby which filters from the ceiling, but as the concept is open air style, naturally it will never be the same as if the room was completely sealed. The restaurant is rated number 2 out of over 700 restaurants in Siem Reap, but I do understand that we cannot appease all palates. Regards, Ewan and the Shinta Mani team.
