The hotel is far from the center. The prepayment included taxes and fees, but the hotel insisted on charging an additional city construction fee. Fortunately, Ctrip Butler helped solve the problem. The front desk service efficiency is slow. At night, there was a man in the corridor who kept making noise and banging on the door opposite. No hotel management staff stopped him. My friend and I dared each other to open the door and ask him to keep his voice down. I discovered this morning: the door on the opposite side was almost removed (see picture). Hotel security needs to be improved.

The hotel is just a little rest between flights. We checked in at 4 in the morning, came to the room, the shower cubicle was broken (the doors were skewed, you couldn’t get into it (((((they called for maintenance, a woman came and thank God she was able to put them in place, we washed ourselves.... the walls are cardboard , you won’t be able to sleep for a long time. The bed is made up of 2 small ones, which is uncomfortable! And the most surprising thing is that upon registration we were asked to pay another 700-something tenge, like a tourist tax (((( although we paid everything on the website. It was very unexpected ( (((there are no photos from the hotel, since there is nothing to photograph there

Very Good

It was fine for the price. The location is not in the center of the city, but it is a good place to visit because there is a large mart next to it. It is also good to use the surrounding facilities. It is also a good location for embassy business.

We made a reservation at the hotel in Turkey and checked in quickly at night. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, shopping mall, pharmacy, fast food, Starbucks and a children's playground. The rooms are very spacious, the ceiling height is very good. There are mosquito nets in the rooms. The furniture is a little old but the spring beds are new and comfortable. Other hotels I stayed in Kazakhstan had poor quality spring beds. The rooms have air conditioning and a refrigerator. We stayed on the 10th floor. Hot water was coming a little late. You can go anywhere in Astana with the Yandex Taxi application for approximately 2/4 USD (Kazakh Tenge). The hotel is 7 minutes away from the city center. Foreign nationals have to pay a tax of approximately 1 USD (Kazakh Tenge) for each day they stay in Kazakhstan. There is a helpful lady at the hotel, Anna, who speaks a little Turkish.

The hotel leaves much to be desired in all respects. The hotel sells rooms with double beds, which they don't have at all. They showed me four rooms, but they couldn’t find a single double bed, although I had booked a double. You will receive either a single, or 1.5-size bed, or two 1.5-size beds, which will simply stand next to each other, and they will be covered with two mattresses and a common sheet, respectively, at night you will fall into the joint between the mattresses. The furniture in the rooms is frankly old with numerous chips and cracks. Design from the 90s or early 2000s. There is a mini-safe in the closet, in which you can only put something very small, but there is no point in this, since the safe is not secured in any way. Management probably knows what its purpose is. The quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired. In the room that was originally assigned to me, there was a layer of dirt on the bedside table. The bedspread was so dirty that it was simply unpleasant to touch it. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Shampoo and shower gel in disposable bags. The drain in the sink was broken and had a through hole. The hallways were just a dump of old furniture and linen. I don’t know how the hotel is not fined by the fire department, but besides the fact that it looks disgusting, it is also not safe in emergency situations. Breakfasts are something special. Firstly, the hotel is only willing to offer breakfast from 8am. And the composition of the breakfast is simply amazing: egg, sausage, processed cheese, a piece of white bread, ketchup and 1 tea bag. There are no kettles in the rooms, but since I was not satisfied with the option of serving breakfast at 8 am, they brought me a personal kettle, which, unfortunately, was also dirty. The hotel staff matched the general atmosphere of the establishment and were completely indifferent. I don’t know where those who left positive reviews about this hotel lived before, but such an ugly hotel really still needs to be looked for. According to the employees, this wonderful place is run by a manager named Olga. What can I say. It really takes talent to bring a hotel to this state.
