The hotel leaves much to be desired in all respects. The hotel sells rooms with double beds, which they don't have at all. They showed me four rooms, but they couldn’t find a single double bed, although I had booked a double. You will receive either a single, or 1.5-size bed, or two 1.5-size beds, which will simply stand next to each other, and they will be covered with two mattresses and a common sheet, respectively, at night you will fall into the joint between the mattresses. The furniture in the rooms is frankly old with numerous chips and cracks. Design from the 90s or early 2000s. There is a mini-safe in the closet, in which you can only put something very small, but there is no point in this, since the safe is not secured in any way. Management probably knows what its purpose is. The quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired. In the room that was originally assigned to me, there was a layer of dirt on the bedside table. The bedspread was so dirty that it was simply unpleasant to touch it. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Shampoo and shower gel in disposable bags. The drain in the sink was broken and had a through hole. The hallways were just a dump of old furniture and linen. I don’t know how the hotel is not fined by the fire department, but besides the fact that it looks disgusting, it is also not safe in emergency situations. Breakfasts are something special. Firstly, the hotel is only willing to offer breakfast from 8am. And the composition of the breakfast is simply amazing: egg, sausage, processed cheese, a piece of white bread, ketchup and 1 tea bag. There are no kettles in the rooms, but since I was not satisfied with the option of serving breakfast at 8 am, they brought me a personal kettle, which, unfortunately, was also dirty. The hotel staff matched the general atmosphere of the establishment and were completely indifferent. I don’t know where those who left positive reviews about this hotel lived before, but such an ugly hotel really still needs to be looked for. According to the employees, this wonderful place is run by a manager named Olga. What can I say. It really takes talent to bring a hotel to this state.
