Warm and well equipped room but quite far away from convenient store, english is communicable with manager by translator. Good for over night stop before hitting the mystery tianshan Grand Canyon next day.

Pretty good for the price. Within walking distance from the train station although a fair distance from the city. The blue bikes are readily available to ride into town cheaply.

This hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

Good service, clean room, reasonable price

One of the hotels closest to Ku Station, but it takes more than ten minutes to walk to get there. There is only one restaurant nearby and luckily it's not bad. Room facilities are OK.

The room is a bit old and has a strong smell. The hotel facilities and equipment are also old and the location is a bit remote. After all, the price is so high and there is nothing much to complain about. Just make do with it.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and bus station. Bus No. 10 and No. 6 are right in front of the hotel. I deliberately asked for a room far away from Huanghe Road, but ignored that there is a railway behind it. The noise is acceptable if the windows are closed. There is a restaurant next to it that offers all kinds of Xinjiang specialties.

The room was very good, clean and quiet. Although it was in a remote location, it was not far from the station. Although I extended the stay by four hours and was charged half-day room rate, it seemed reasonable even though there were very few people staying there. It's next to the Marriott Hotel but much more affordable than the Marriott!

Close to the train station, the hotel is convenient for transportation and has good service attitude.

Complete facilities. The location is convenient. The room is bright, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is attentive. The security uncle is enthusiastic and takes the initiative to help with the suitcases. A very satisfying stay experience. I will come again in the future.

The hotel is very close to the train station, perfect for those who have to catch an early train. However, there are few places to eat around and it is a bit far from the city center. The hotel room is large and the bathroom is also large. The shower head has a large amount of water and plenty of hot water. It is very comfortable to take a bath.
