Hotels in Chenggong New District/South High-Speed Railway Station, Kunming

到昆明出差，第二天早班火車，所以想着選一個離昆明南站近一些的酒店，嘉盛酒店的大堂比較小，但是前台小姐姐很熱情，很快安排好了房間，房間也不大，但是很乾凈整潔，很舒適，衞浴設備也很好，不僅和洗手枱乾濕分離，沐浴間和坐廁也是獨立分開的，老實説，我選酒店的一個原則就是要衞浴乾濕分離，很怕那種一個房間裏洗手枱淋浴器和坐廁都在一起，還要穿塑料拖鞋的那種酒店。嘉盛在這一點上是做得比較好的。第二天一早，吃了有中式麪點，炒飯，青菜和粥的早餐，酒店還有送站服務，因為我走得比較早，沒等到8點半的送站車，小姐姐讓我自己打車到車站，還給報銷了車費，雖然錢不多，十幾塊錢，但是真的很貼心，贊一個。

It can be too far from the city for tourists. The personal attention from the staff was really outstanding. There is a chic bar with pastries, it would have been nice to have an outdoor terrace to chill out in the evening, as plenty of space is given. We definitely want to come back for a 3rd time.

Listen to the front desk to introduce what expensive water purifiers this hotel uses, soft water baths, good water quality, spacious rooms, clean sheets and quilts, there are many things to use in the room, makeup mirrors, weight scales, hanging ironing machines, the room is also very smart, call Xiaodu can serve, Takeaway is also robot delivery, the room is also very soundproof, there are many books in the hall, you can also borrow it from the room to see, in short, the experience of staying is very good, looking forward to the next stay

The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is next to a school. The environment is quiet, clean and sanitary. The bedding is comfortable. It would be better if breakfast could be served until 10 o'clock.

The front desk staff were incredibly patient and friendly, making it very easy to communicate and coordinate any needs. A special shout-out to employee #24. I initially didn't clearly state my room preference, but when I later requested a change, she handled it quickly and efficiently. The environment is excellent – clean, hygienic, and quiet. Its location right next to the subway is incredibly convenient. Breakfast was also good. My only suggestion is that the variety at the made-to-order noodle station could be expanded. As someone who doesn't typically eat rice noodles or vermicelli, I'd appreciate options like ramen and wontons. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Was there with for 2 nights. Good swimming and natural hotspring facilities. The rooms are a little old but the towels and sheets were very white and clean. Beds are spacious. As they ran out of non spiking rooms that can accommodate three pax, we checked out the smoking room. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room did not smell of smoke. Good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent as it’s within walking distance of the night market with lots of eatery options

The hotel is clean and very near to night market and food, there is a small shopping belt just below the hotel. The only thing that can be improved further is the location of the hotel entrance drop off via DiDi, they just drop you along the roadside which you need to walk maybe for an estimate of 150m. Not sure why the drivers cannot find the way to the entrance of the hotel.. maybe it’s the DiDi app map issue. Overall the hotel is great

Advantages: It is very close to the South Station, about ten minutes by car. There is also free pick-up service, which is very convenient. The hotel hygiene and breakfast are also very good. It is a good choice to catch the high-speed rail the next morning. It is also very close to the subway entrance and can go directly to the flower market. Disadvantages: The bathroom glass is too transparent, which is inconvenient for family travel.

A big thank you to the young lady at the front desk for her warm welcome and helpful introduction. As a newly opened hotel, its cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms are also excellently and thoughtfully designed; the warm orange color scheme was a first for me and truly gave it a home-like feel. A convenient touch was the clothes racks integrated into the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The restaurant is very spacious, offering fantastic views of the mountains, a pond called Bailongtan, and even a clear sight of Kunming South Station. The front desk staff also informed us about the complimentary morning shuttle service from the hotel's ground floor directly to Kunming South Station. And there's no need to worry about food options; several restaurants and breakfast shops are conveniently located right downstairs from the hotel.

The hotel environment is very good, but some Didi drivers will park outside the hotel parking lot to drop off passengers. It is a bit tiring to drag the luggage uphill to the hotel lobby. It would be great if a door could be opened on the first floor to facilitate check-in in the lobby. The guest room facilities are very complete, even with clothes drying racks, and the lighting is also very good. It is a bit sunny without drawing the curtains during the day. It is very suitable for recuperation and vacation, but it is a pity that such a good hotel environment wasted due to the rush of this time. Two suppers were also given when I came. Although there are not many types of suppers, they tasted really good. The rice noodles were especially delicious, and the lemonade was also very delicious. The service attitude of the entire hotel staff is very good, and guests feel at home. It is just that the geographical location is not close to the main urban area, but it is an ideal residence for vacation and leisure.
