Spent a night here before catching the train the next day. It was only a 5 min taxi ride to train station. Plenty of restaurant next to the hotel. Reception staff Lena is friendly to talk to. The welcome drink area is a bit messy tho with litter and used cups around. Room is big and clean. A good stay if you need to catch an early train the next day. The breakfast is great too providing various choices of food. The waffles are nice.

We stayed in the family loft apartment here and it’s very spacious. Great location for those who want easy access to kunming south station. We used this as a base to go to Shilin stone forest park and to Jianshui, then again for our onward journey to Dali (which is great as so many people get on at kunming and it’s stressful whereas getting on one stop before at Kunming south allows us to get on with ease as a family with kid and elderly, as it’s the beginning of the line).

Although there was a small episode after checking in, the door originally wanted to complain to a little girl at the front desk. After that, the little girl who blamed the store manager apologized and explained. When I saw the students taking the exam, I chose to understand and forgive them on the same day. It is not easy for young people who work and take exams. So I chose to praise the little sister Lu Xue at the front desk. She is skilled in business and meticulous. Dumplings and glutinous rice balls were prepared on the winter solstice, and the porridge that arrived late at night was also very good. In addition, the order was partially modified halfway, and a customer service representative of Ctrip helped to deal with it in time. It was a perfect trip!

The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is next to a school. The environment is quiet, clean and sanitary. The bedding is comfortable. It would be better if breakfast could be served until 10 o'clock.

Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks

The hotel is in a very good location, just a few hundred meters away from the Chunrong Street subway station. There is a pedestrian street downstairs with many delicious food, and it is also very close to the Dounan Flower Market. The room is very clean, the decoration style is beautiful, and the stay is very comfortable; The service was very warm. They asked me how I slept the next day. If it was noisy, I could change the room. I also gave them a flower cake before leaving.
