Hygiene: The hotel is brand new, spotlessly clean, and free from any unpleasant odors. Environment: The view from our window was superb, overlooking distant fields and villages. The morning breeze was wonderfully cool and refreshing. We even heard the neighbor's geese, which added a unique, charming touch to the atmosphere. Facilities: Laundry facilities are available, including a washing machine and dryer. Service: The service was outstanding! They provide 24-hour airport pick-up, and during the day, a shuttle runs hourly to both the airport and the subway station.

What an experience! Like something out of a romance novel, from the extravagant entrance, to the sweeping stair cases, to the Louis 16th furniture, including artwork, gilt edges, romance and comfort... it had the lot. The Spa facilities were amazing. Pools, pools and more pools! Manicured grassed areas, intimate treed walkways, arches, marble, stone, statues, ponds and fountains. Just delightful. The staff were amazing as well. No English at reception, but they were quick with the translators. Definitely felt like a queen at this place. Location was a bit strange...half way between city centre and airport, the surrounds were primarily industrial, and main attractions were about 20 minutes away by Didi, but the price to convenience ratio was still good. Definitely recommend it, even if just for the furnishings!

The room itself was excellent – clean, tidy, and definitely felt like a mid-to-high-end property. We were pleasantly surprised with two unique flower cakes upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it offered great value for money. Service: However, the front desk service was extremely disappointing. As a frequent business traveler, I'm used to staying in hotels, and the contrast here was stark. There were two women and one man on duty. Their communication during check-in was stiff and rigid. While one woman was processing our request, the other two were chatting and laughing loudly amongst themselves, completely ignoring us. Such unprofessional front desk staff truly do not live up to the hotel's otherwise high standards and pleasant environment.

Good value for money for those who need a hotel near the airport in late hours. Each unit is a standalone cabin with a bedroom, a small living room, and a bathroom. The air conditioner is located in the living room and there is no air conditioner in the bedroom. So the room to the bedroom has to be left open to get the cool air. This can be a bit of a problem as there is no blind on the main entrance door, making it a bit bright in the room. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall, it is good value for money and we may stay here again if needed.

Environment: There is nothing to say about the environment. I enjoy sitting quietly in the yard drinking tea. Service: The guy is very nice. He responds to any questions in a timely manner and takes the initiative to help with luggage. Cleanliness: When I went there, I happened to see a new four-piece suit being replaced, and the cleaning was done very quietly. The breakfast made by aunt is also very good.

The front desk service was exceptional. Our room was spacious and bright. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade since we were traveling with a child. This time I chose the Four Points by Sheraton hotel next to the airport for transit. I was attracted by the airport shuttle and self-service laundry room. I didn't expect the service to be so good. The front desk took the initiative to take my luggage. The room was clean and hygienic. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. This is a hotel I must choose for my next transit.

We arrived at the hotel with luggages and were not informed there were back doors with no stairs, instead we had to take our luggages up the stairs with no ramp. We ordered a fried rice at check in but later was told that there was no rice. Then we had to order a rice noodle, which we were told to wait for 50 minutes, but we actually had to wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes/ The shuttle to airport is every one hour. Less frequent than what we’d liked. It is cleaner than I expected for the price.

Very highly recommended. Out of the 3 five stars hotels I have stayed in during my trip, this was the best hotel to stay in. Super comfortable, very clean. My mum who is particular in cleanliness remarked that it was very clean and their bathroom glass windows were sparkling, (this was one of the probably the neglected areas that other hotels would missed out but not Double tree Hilton). Too bad that I only managed to stay in for half a day as I needed to wake up early to head to the airport. But this was a fabulous place to rest and end my trip to Kunming. They provided transport to the airport too and it's about 15 mins ride there. Love it.

Practical facilities, clean environment, practical living The room facilities are simple but practical, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the hot water is on. The stairs and elevators in the public areas are cleaned very frequently and look refreshing. In terms of environment, the hotel is near the residential area, there are breakfast shops and vegetable markets around, the atmosphere of life is strong, and it is convenient to buy things. The room was soundproofed, basically no neighbors could hear the movement, and I slept peacefully at night. The sanitation is in place, the desktop is clean, the bathroom glass is not scaled, and the heart is solid, suitable for short-term travel.
