設施:酒店總體上很不錯。選酒店的時候，看昆明好些酒店的評論説比較老舊，這家就沒有，總體上很新。一開始沒有香皂，洗澡用的濕拖鞋，找服務員現拿的，他們説最近入住的客人多，可能忽略了。他們的洗髮水，沐浴露挺好用的。 衞生:挺好，滿意。有網友評論説的地毯有污漬，現象存在，不過我不光腳走，沒有大礙。 環境:挺好，安靜，利於休息，睡覺。 服務:滿意。雖然剛入住時缺少洗漱用品，但是找服務員要會積極響應，送來的也快，後續又找服務員要了抽紙，純凈水，衣架，送的都很及時。他們還有早餐送到房間的服務，很方便。 酒店好停車，有地面和地下停車場。 酒店有自助洗衣房，房間可以晾衣服，這點很贊。 有一點需要重點説明:如果連住，需要打掃房間，需要提前與他們説，不然他們不會主動打掃，這一點和我在別的地方住的酒店不一樣。

過了好久終於有時間評價了。來了昆明很多次，這次為了帶小朋友去濕地公園划船，選擇了海晏這家民宿，結果很驚喜。首先，民宿離濕地公園和海晏村都很近，步行就到。其次，在民宿樓頂看日落，非常方便，樓頂設計也非常契合日落美景，樓下的鞦韆讓小朋友流連忘返。最後，民宿工作人員的服務也熱情周到，深夜也能到景區外來接人，毫無怨言，特別感謝。

老闆很熱情，民宿位置很好，乾淨衞生，提前預訂的話還可以自助燒烤。海晏村挺美的，就是商業化比較嚴重，但也很正常，村民們也得生活嘛。
