房子就在會展中心旁，可以觀昆明的地標會展中心，整體造型像個大孔雀，孔雀跟大象是雲南特色耶，還能觀滇池，客廳也很大，陽台景色很好，能泡茶也能打麻將，四間卧室都很寬敞，床是1.8的有三張，1.5的一張，能滿十來個人同時入住呢，還能洗衣做飯，客廳也有空調，去滇池濕地公園也很近。據説這邊的房價在昆明來講算是比較高的了，小區整體環境也好，樓下還有很大面積的小童遊玩區域，還有各種小童遊玩設施，真是滿足了一家老小出行的居住休閑的住宿體驗。
