After a long search, I finally found this hidden gem of a hotel. It boasts a sophisticated, old-money style decor that's full of charm. The location is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city; despite being downtown, the privacy is excellent, keeping you far from the noise. As a pet-friendly hotel, they are incredibly accommodating and thoughtful towards small animals. The hotel pays great attention to detail, and you can truly feel the dedication. The breakfast selection is diverse, delicious, and offers many choices. The staff were patient and polite throughout our stay, responding promptly to all requests. Both the facilities and service quality were top-notch. It's perfect for both business and leisure travel. Our stay exceeded expectations, and it's definitely worth another visit.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days while receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, and I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeepers for their exceptional care. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, the restaurant had delicious food and offered discounts, and the housekeepers were thoughtful and meticulous. Even the valet parkers went above and beyond, finding me convenient parking spots close to the entrance every day, and they even had EV charging stations. Thank you!

The front desk service was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's public areas are beautifully decorated with a rich cultural feel; the pictures in the circular frames seem to be of Lijiang, which is lovely. The room facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic, with no strange odors. It has floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast, though small, offers a complete selection. Very good!

My stay at Kunming Pinxi Hotel was absolutely fantastic, a solid five-star experience! The manager who checked me in was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She proactively upgraded my room to a better type and patiently recommended local specialty snacks popular with residents around the hotel, explaining the routes and must-try dishes clearly. This saved me a lot of hassle planning. The hotel environment was clean and grand, and the guest rooms were spacious with meticulous housekeeping. The smart voice control for lighting and curtains throughout the room made for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining. The service throughout my stay was genuine and attentive; you could really tell the staff genuinely cared about the guests. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend choosing this hotel first when visiting Kunming!

Facilities: The same building as the office building, relatively chaotic It doesn’t matter, it’s just that there are too many adult supplies in this room. There are two whole boxes, which are a bit speechless. Then I traveled around Yunnan for the first time to see the water with such a time. This is tap water. You are also Meihao Lizhi. How can you use such a time of water? The advantage is that parking is convenient, there are charging piles, the service attitude of the front desk lady is good, and the hygiene is clean and tidy.

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

The hotel is located in the Sunac Park in Houhai, Dianchi Lake, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. The room is very warmly decorated, the supplies are exquisite, and the comb is a wooden comb, which is a surprise! The customer service lady is very enthusiastic, contacted in advance, sent the navigation address, the guidance is very detailed, and answered patiently.

Staying here felt just like coming home, warm and welcoming. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the environment was elegant and comfortable – truly a perfect stay. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member's genuine smile and efficient service made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. It's in the details that true quality shines through, and I really appreciate your dedication. The room was clean and bright, with a fantastic view, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was very clean and quiet. It is very close to Yun'anhui and not far from the subway station. Stayed for four days and it was a great experience.
