This is the best service hotel I have ever stayed in. The girls at the front desk are very friendly. I came to Kunming for the first time. The first night was high. The next day I asked to change the room to the inner room near the parking lot. I can open the window at night to sleep. I changed it without saying anything. And not waiting until two o'clock in the afternoon, but contacting me immediately after the room was cleaned up. I was really happy. Thank you very much.

To see the jacarandas on Jiaochang Road, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com and finally chose Wenhui Hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kunming University of Science and Technology, about 500 meters from Jiaochang Middle Road, making it very convenient for getting around and taking taxis. All the hotel staff were very polite. The front desk lady responded promptly to my small requests. The breakfast was decent, with many local Yunnan specialties, and it was clean and hygienic. My room had a great view, with the jacarandas on Jiaochang Middle Road visible from the window, and I even saw the sunrise in the morning. The entire room was bright and airy, with no strange smells. As a solo traveler, this hotel stay was the best value for money. Kunming in spring is beautiful and romantic, with flowers everywhere and an abundance of fresh fruit. During my three-day, two-night stay, I felt right at home at Wenhui Hotel. Very satisfied.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The service attitude is good. Upon entering, there was a warm tea brewed by the hotel. Since I booked the room for a friend, I only reserved a king-sized bed. When we arrived, my friend said that a king-sized bed was inconvenient and requested a twin room. After negotiating with the front desk staff, we paid the difference and got a twin room, which also included three free breakfasts. It was very good, highly recommended!

The location is good, the surrounding attractions and restaurants are good, but it's a little far from the subway station. Fortunately, taxis are very cheap in Kunming. The room rate is not high, just over 100 yuan is a good deal - but the room doesn't come with a razor, I haven't shaved for three days
