位置便利，樓下就是地鐵廣衛站，出行方便。公寓採光好，視野開闊，空間比一般酒店寬敞。比較安靜，夜晚不吵。樓下還有超市，米線餐館等。電視不少本來需要付費的電影都可以免費觀看。房東雖沒有謀麪，但態度很好。總體是滿意的，性價比高，推薦入住。 衛生方面還可以改善，如浴室置物架請清理一下，過往客人留下的牙刷，香皂等請扔掉。
