Hotels in New Asia Athletics Park, Kunming

The hotel staff were very helpful and we were upgraded to a suite. My daughters loved the pool and the hotel staff gave us free entry. The breakfast was Chinese style with many options. There was a spa but no hot springs in the hotel. The location was excellent and only a short walk from the train station and close to many food options.

The hotel front desk and service desk are very professional and courteous. For me, a Singaporean traveler, they are comparable to international first-class standards. The breakfast buffet has rich choices and is delicious. The hotel opened last year, so it's very new. Good location, just ten minutes away from the subway station

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the facilities are complete. There is also a weighing scale. I have stayed in many hotels, but only this one has it. The details are well done, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. It is a very good hotel with a high cost performance.

The shared elevator for the apartment building often had long wait times and felt quite dated. There's a KTV downstairs. The only perks were its proximity to the subway and the complimentary breakfast. As for the room itself, it was just average. While it boasted smart home features and face recognition for entry, we experienced a concerning issue mid-stay: after a few days, the door could surprisingly be opened by simply pulling it, without face recognition. I reported this to the front desk, and they had a technician fix it. However, despite the repair, my family and I genuinely struggled to get proper rest during our entire stay. Although we were informed the 5th floor might be noisy due to the KTV downstairs, it felt more like sleeping directly above a nightclub. Almost every night, until 2 or 3 AM, the walls noticeably vibrated, and the noise was overwhelmingly loud. Consequently, with my child, we rarely managed to fall asleep before 1 or 2 AM, often not until 2 or 3 AM.

I usually choose Vienna when I travel, especially this one is better than many of the ones I stayed in before. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic and arranged a free room upgrade. The room is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable. There are many types of breakfast. There is also a subway that goes directly to the high-speed rail station. It feels very good, great [strong]

The hotel is in a good location, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars around. It takes about half an hour to drive to Haigeng Dam, the airport and the railway station. The hotel is large and has many rooms. It should have hosted a conference when I went there, so it was not so good to bring children with me. It felt messy because there were so many people. The leisure twin room was strangely large, and even felt empty. The toilet was not a smart toilet, so the toilet seat was very cold. The shower sprayed water everywhere. Although it did not affect the use, it did not feel very good. Other services were fine.

Staying at this hotel is very pleasant and it is also a regular customer. Whether it is a business trip or a travel, it is the first choice for their home. The service is good. The off-season also upgrades the room type. The front desk lady is very warm and convenient. It is next to the subway station. The floor is high and the scenery is good. The floor-to-ceiling windows are shot. The photo is very good, especially like it.

I門口就是魅力之城片區的一個非常大的超市，位置很好，整個酒店看起來很像金地酒店，但是實際上進去之後房間就比較簡單一些，隔音沒有很好，魚骨味道，但是它的價格非常便宜，所以瑕不掩瑜，值得推薦。另外就是有很多人都在問交通怎麼樣，這個交通也很方便，出去走路10分鐘以內吧，就可以到地鐵4號線廣衞站。基本上位置還可以的。

Also good value for money, very quiet. Breakfast is too small and there is nothing to eat. There is also a bathroom with glass, (a few hotels in Kunming are like this!) There is no privacy at all.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Good rest. The proprietress is also polite and good service! Stay next time
