Can take subway line 6 straight from airport and alight at Chajie station and just short walk across the road intersection to hotel. Nice street view from Room 1010, provided you are not bother with a bit of traffic noise.

Excellent service by the 2 male hotel employees who went out of their way in assisting us with transport arrangements so we do not miss our train at the railway station. Very convenient location as the airport bus stops in front of the hotel, the subway station is within a few minutes walk from the hotel and a shopping mall is located right across the hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

This trip to Yunnan was a pleasant surprise. I stayed in a homestay in Dali. When I arrived in Kunming, I wanted to find a hotel not far from the zoo and botanical garden, and close to the airport. I saw that it was not a national chain, but the reviews were good, so I booked it for two days with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn't expect it to be so pleasantly surprised. The hotel brand should be very good in the local area. The room layout is very low-key and textured. I like the painting of irises very much. The room is actually more than 40 square meters at this price. The configuration is very complete, with Pu'er and coffee. The buffet breakfast is at my own expense. I thought it would be uneconomical to spend more than 50 yuan, but it turned out that there are many kinds of delicious food, both Chinese and Western. The picky baby ate and drank until closing time before leaving. I checked out at three or four o'clock in the middle of the night to catch a flight. The front desk brother and sister heard that they were going to the airport, and they sent milk, bread and biscuits. I was quite touched. I also want to praise the hotel robot for delivering meals. It's so cute, and there are desserts prepared in the evening, which is great.

Faultless room, clean facilities and imaginative swimming pool decor. Staff are helpful and cheerful especially the staff at the gym and pool. Cathy Zhang and Cassie Zhu are exceptional mentions. Room cleaned beyond my satisfaction. Breakfast is variegated in taste and quality. At a great price. I have only one complaint. A very good hotel with good service in all aspects. The only hotel I stayed at was the Hanting without mites. I would rate this hotel 5 points for service and 4 points for convenient transportation. I would choose it again if I have the opportunity.
