Returning guest for after 1st visit. The juniors staff at the reception are more welcoming, so are the restaurant (breakfast) staff - friendly and helpful.

The hotel was decent, offering good value for money with all essential amenities. They promptly replenish supplies upon request. It's located in an apartment building next to a mall. There's no dedicated parking, so guests pay for their own, but the cost wasn't high, which was fine. The main drawback was the convoluted parking access: you had to take an elevator from the parking lot to the first floor, then transfer to another elevator to reach the hotel. On a cold, rainy day, with luggage and young children, this multi-elevator journey was a real pain.

The hotel is great, very close to the South Station, and with a shopping district right downstairs, it's super convenient for anything you need! My only minor gripe – though this isn't related to the hotel itself – is the confusing signage in First City's underground parking lot. It takes some effort to find the hotel's elevator entrance. Additionally, there are no EV charging stations in the mall parking, which is quite inconvenient for electric car owners. The hotel service was excellent, absolutely nothing to fault! Thumbs up!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It appears to be newly opened, boasting brand new facilities and comfortable bedding. The location is superb, just a five-minute walk from the City Hall. What truly left a lasting impression was the warm and professional service provided by the two staff members at the front desk.

The room was very spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The location was also excellent. Additionally, the young lady at the front desk provided wonderful service.

Recommended if you are taking train from Kunming South Railway station. Near and hotel has alot of things around!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and immediately offered assistance when they saw us with our luggage. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully pointed out the locations of the restaurant and laundry facilities. Our room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is newly opened, and the service was exceptionally good. We even got a complimentary room upgrade. Its location next to a shopping mall is very convenient for both shopping and dining. My only suggestion would be to add a vegetable salad to the breakfast spread.

Facilities: As it's a newly opened establishment, all the facilities are brand new. Cleanliness: Excellent, the place was immaculately clean. Ambiance: My favorite spot was the lounge; it was incredibly comfortable to just lie back and enjoy the scenic view from the window. Service: Good.

It was a very satisfying stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There's a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of food! The hotel reception was also very nice, with self-service coffee and tea, as well as travel tips!

The facilities are excellent, all smart. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, with a housekeeper coming every morning to clean. Environment: Nice environment, and a great location. Service: The front desk lady was very pretty, very friendly, and welcoming. This is my third hotel in Kunming, and it's excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is very new, located above the office building next to Starbucks in a shopping mall. Transportation is very convenient, and the mushroom soup hotpot restaurant in the mall is delicious. The bedding was excellent, and my family slept soundly. The breakfast selection was decent, and they also offered freshly ground coffee. Laundry service was also available, and the service was very detailed.

I returned home for National Day and arrived in Kunming that evening. I originally thought it would be a good place to stay during a layover, but after checking in, I found it exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and I loved both the room and the lobby.
