The hotel was nice. Attendants were polite and kind. I look forward to staying here again!

The check-in staff were very prompt. The hotel's a bit old already, but pretty much well maintained.

The environment safe and convenient to shopping mall. The breakfast is nice.

Love staying at New World Makati. Already my 3rd time. Just across Greenbelt 3. Walking distance to Landmark. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. Clean and safe with courteous staff. Variety of food at breakfast.

We paid more to book a deluxe twin room because there was no giarantee of twin beds for supreme room, but upon check-in, we were given a room with only a king bed. Only when we insisted on twin beds did the hotel tell us they ran out of rooms with twin beds so “upgraded” us to a room with a king bed. When we insisted we needed 2 beds, they added a roll-out bed in the room which was uncomfortable. The shower door in toilet could not close properly which led to toilet floors being very wet after shower each time. Room carpet was also pretty stained and dirty looking, so was a bit of a turn off. Overall was an average and uncomfortable stay.

The lobby felt warmer than I would prefer, and the lack of seats to accommodate waiting companions while checking in is also noticeable. I was not informed that the room I booked is an adjoining room with a locked door in between, I would not have preferred it. I can hear the noise and the toilet flushing from the other room. It was also peculiar that the housekeeping staff was not familiar with a turndown service request. At night that it was critical to charge a phone, the sockets by the bed were not working. A maintenance worker came up after I called for one, fixed the problem quickly, but it would have been prudent to have it checked before anyone checks in. the bed was comfortable, the view was great, the shower closet was adequate; I wish an overhead rain shower was present. Otherwise, it was a restful weekend with family (though checked in at another floor).

Have been staying New World Makati whenever I’m on business travel. Excellent location, near airport and Greenbelt.

We enjoyed the pool and food a lot. The amenities were up to date. We will definitely come back here

Decent hotel, rooms seem a bit dated..overall the room was good value..will probably stay here again.

The hotel location was great! Infront is greenbelt and walking distance from Glorietta. Everything is within easy access. The food in the hotel was varied. We went for the buffet dinner and breakfast the next day. We enjoyed our stay.❤️

everythghing has been perfect, great location excellent breakfast and super pool. Myabe the gym should be renewed a bit, the runnig belt are quite old

Good service, nice quiet rooms and very well maintained. The lobby bar has nice live music and super friendly and professional service and bar tenders.

Great location right in Greenbelt - so easy access to food and to get around. Hotel is showing its age a bit in the room and bathroom fittings but this is offset by it's location.
