We recently stayed at New World Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A lovely birthday surprise cake was waiting for my daughter, which truly made her day memorable. She felt so special! The service throughout our stay was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Every detail was taken care of with a smile. Hotel is in greenbelt area which is walking distance to major malls. The room is sufficiently big for 1 pax and would be perfect for 2 pax. Comfortable bed, only thing is that the pillows are thin and uncomfortable which gave me a slight headache next day. Sufficient amenities. The staff are very friendly and approachable. I wish there is a section for halal food thus I couldn't eat at their breakfast buffet. Overall, recommended place to stay in Manila

Nice clean linens, strong water with heater, sparkling clean including swimming pool, had a very good breakfast surely comeback

We had a comfortable stay for a night. The location is accessible to many shopping malls and restaurants. Room is very spacious. We were given a complimentary upgraded room . We would love to stay again in the future.

It was a good stay. My 5th time in this hotel. Feels like home. Walking distance to Greenbelt, just across the street. Excellent service.
