Good room but the table is spoilt. The place is lil dusty. Only ONE ELECTRICAL SOCKET!!??? Room is spartan. Aircon is leaking a little water every now and then. The hooks for clothes are not perfect. Luckily no bedbugs.

Can get more value in term of cleanliness, old, bed with steel frame which caused injury as the room is tide. Shawer room need to improve of lighting and cleanliness Overall with the money, can get better stsy

Accommodating and all accessible. I can recommend this accommodation for solo travelers.

Its quite nice to get there from the aiport or go to other location around the city also its near a little market defenilty a place to visit. The toilets were defenitly unique the doors were quiet weird and like you can see the seat doesnt fit on the toilet. (Not the hostels fault but mostly the men peed on the seats and didnt clean it🙃) No soap for the hands. The beds were okay beside that the railing of my too bed was almost falling off.

The location was good. But the cot was uncovered. The higher floor is especially risky.

It’s good place to say if you are going for short trip. Good bad service in very less amount.

Clean and relaxing. Thumbs up! Planning on vacation soon and book at the same hostel.

The place can be better. The bed is shaky..the one in the bottom bed will feel disturbed every time the one at the top bed moves. Suggest to provide water dispenser.

There were bed bugs in the room and even got into my clothes. Other then that the room was clean and the washrooms were good.

The room was clean and thanks to the reception staff for a wonderful welcoming. We love it so much. We will definitely be here again.

Excellent location in Chinatown. The room and the condo area were more spacious than other hostels in the area. There was a room for improvement in terms of bathroom cleanliness. Overall, I can recommend The Explorers.

Lovely place & friendly staff

WARNING ! WARNING ! WARNING please everyone who is going to book this place, Take care . first of all they have bedbugs in every room and all their beds . and the bathroom stinks and smells so bad. One thing I would like to say is that the reception guy he is so rude very very rude, and I would like to tell you don’t ever book for a long-term stay because there will never ever give you a refund money Please please please while, you are trying to save money don’t fall into trap because this place is a rubbish and garbage place. I had very bad experience at this place . I stayed one night and I booked for 7 nights , I woke up early the morning on my bed everywhere blood and small bed bugs running around , to be honest they don’t care . They are careless and very rude people . Watch out everyone who is going to book this place .

Located near LRT Mesjid Jamek walk around 5 minutes, pretty convenient. Overall just OK for budget traveller, the only downside for me personally is the bunk bed have no privacy curtain.
