Love the location, walking distance to the beach. Clean and comfortable, friendly staffs.

All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!

It's located a little outside of Tamuning, but the La Seine buffet is good and the breakfast is okay. It was even better because I could use the lounge.

Hello, I returned safely after a pleasant honeymoon. ㅎㅎ First of all, it was an honor to stay at Lotte Hotel. However, when I checked in, dust was gathered in the corners so much that it was visible. It even stayed on the blanket, so my wife, who has a sensitive nose, had a hard time. Other than that, the view was so beautiful that I was impressed, and I was so grateful for the kindness. The food was delicious and suited my taste, so I was really glad!! Anyway, my honeymoon was so successful, so I would like to thank everyone. The weather was so nice until the day I left that I hesitated to return.ㅜㅜ If I get another chance, I would like to use it again.

The hotel is largely divided into two parts, the Tower Wing and the Island Wing, and I booked the Island Wing. Later, I found out that the Tower Wing had slightly smaller rooms, but it seemed a bit cleaner than the Island Wing. The rooms were spacious and nice, but they felt a bit old, and there were some disappointing parts, such as the doors not opening well or the lack of a screen door. They clean every other day (even days and even rooms), but they provide amenities (water, towels, etc.) if you ask for them. There were also Korean staff members, so there were no communication problems, and everyone was kind.

The hotel is old, but it is clean and nice. The staff is also friendly. If you are traveling with your parents, it would be better because there are many Korean staff. I stayed in a family suite, so the view was not that great. But it had a kitchen, so it was good for making simple meals. If you want a more stylish interior, Dusit Thani is good. It is close to downtown and connected to The Plaza Mall, so it is convenient to visit Honolulu Cookies or Stussy stores. Conclusion!! If you don't want to spend a lot on accommodations, but don't want to go to an ambiguous place, I recommend Lotte!!

The hotel staff's service is great, and there's a Starbucks on the first floor. The sea view room has a beautiful view. You can see the endless seaside from the room. (You can also see the hotel facilities next door XD) It's a pity that when I stepped into the room, I saw scraps of paper stuck to the floor. Cleanliness needs to be improved. In addition, the headboard in the room is a bit old (it has spots on it), the TV is not a smart TV, and there is no option to click on the remote control to connect to YT.

It's expensive, but worth it. The breakfast is really good, and the sunset view from the pool is amazing. The staff was very friendly, which was nice.

The hotel is so dirty ㅜㅜ Instead of perfume, it smells like meat ㅠㅠ The bathroom is full of mold I don't want to use Lotte Hotel ㅠㅠ It's so dirty It's not even a facility

The view is amazing~ First of all, it's good that there are a lot of Korean employees, and it's also good that there's a Starbucks on the first floor. The pool is nice, and the ocean right in front is nice too.

The building is a little old, but the location is the best. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and you can go directly to the sea from the poolside. There are a lot of people at Tumon Beach, but in front of the Lotte Hotel it was relatively empty and I was able to take a lot of great photos. There were people who rented out SUPs and kayaks for a little money, so I had a lot of fun!
