Minsu (Ekocheras) Reviews

This Minsu host is extremely terrible. Checking in is a hassle. They still want to collect RM 200 deposit. When i made the reservation, did not realised there were so many negative review about them. There were many small cockroaches roaming the bed. Even bed bugs on the bed too. I had taken photos and video as proof. The moment when I step into the unit, it smell like this unit had been vacant for the longest time and have a dusty smell. Aircon not cold at all. I was bitten by bed bugs n this is terrible. When complain to the front desk, they are so callous in their attitude, claiming they are hapoy with my feedback but no actions will be done. I check in for 2 night stay but left the very next night. I am not the only one complain but dont understand why where so many negative review this Minsu still hv a 4.1* score. Book their managed property at your own risk. I even suspexr if their towels or bedsheet had ever been washed or cleaned!!! There are many other agents that managed eko cheras property. Trust me, never book any property under Minsu. U will regret for life!!!

Its absolutely nice studio to stay. Nice view. Private. With all the foods and entertainment in the mall. Perfect for a short trip. GSC, cheap karoke With all the facilities provided is good too. Iron, hair dryer, refri(they prep ice too) , towels, shapoo, heater, microwave. Excellent and perfect!

Got a great experience.. tq minsu, will repeat it soon.. but my deposit not receive yet..now 4days ago, check in on Thursday..

Good stay and i enjoyed the stay there. Very convienenient to the mall.Just parking become confused when finding.Other than that all good.Will come again!

Best clean huge room near to town easy to check in very demure and calm

No bad. Always choose min shu when back to msia kl. when hungry just move to ground floor restaurant and bar

very good location， but need to improve the cleanliness n suggest to add one coffee table or dining table will be better.

Book a family deluxe room with 2 queen bed.... However room only come with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed... Call customer service but no reply, no pickup call.... Worst experience to stay and worst customer service.... Room very very dirty with a lot of cockroach.... And lot of dust and hair... No do cleaning at all.... I think they did'nt clean the room before we check in can see the tv and the floor all is dust. Its ridiculous. The Worst homestay i stay.

Cool and nice place for stay cation and nearby got many stalls and shopping mall and also the public transport is just 5mins away

Everything is great. The room and the facilities are all great. Wish to come again next time

Location: good and convenient, Ekocheras Mall and MRT station Service: good, reply whatsapp message fast and helpful, and provide bath towels, shampoo and body wash the basic amenities Free parking lot The only thing need to improve is the reception staff should be more professional and keep a smile face please

TERRIBLE CHOICE! Don’t Get Cheated guys! 1. The unit they gave us is totally different from pictures in their post! Is this consider money laundering we should report to Police! 2. We booked for 7 pax but they only provided 2 queen beds & 1 single bed! So 2 of us have to sleep on sofa and floor without blanket & pillow! (CHEATING) 3. Aircon in Master NOT COOL. The whole room very heat! 4. Water heater in upper bathroom is spoilt! 5. Toilet bowl in upper bathroom are smelly! 6. Washing machine inside shower room, can’t even get a proper shower coz might cause electricity lacking! It’s DANGEROUS! After I done feedbacks to the Hotel PIC, they just informed me their cleaner forgot to put extra beds! That’s it! Not compensate any for their POOREST FACILITIES provided to our booking! Deposit refund also take very long to proceed! PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS if you don’t want to ruin your holiday! WORST CHOICE ever in town!
