Basically everything is good. Just take time to check in. If you don’t have patience please avoid.

Had a good 3 nights stay. Owner is very responsive, even attended to our last minute stay extension promptly. It was a good unit, with very much of convenience. Everything was prepared well. The unit was also clean. Would definitely visit again next time!

The location is good and convenient if you want to buy some groceries. I had booked for three days two nights. But the first day when we checked in, one of the air con was not functioning well, with hot wind, tried few times and reset the air con still not functioning well. Some more the air con direction was facing the sleeping area, totally cannot feel the air. And the unit doesn’t have fan, the whole unit only supports with one air con. Understand that after working hour the technician was off, but isn’t need to check well before passed it on to another customer? And also the hair dryer is spoiled too. Although the customer service was replying but it doesn’t get help at all to solve my problem. And we had 4 ladies 1 male booking the units, all long hair without the hair dryer, and no fan in the unit, we wait until 1am to dry up the hair. This accommodation doesn’t give any compensation about the air con and hair dryer not functioning well, just a apologies message for improvement. Conclusion, cleanliness not bad, customer service replied. For those who wish to take this accommodation just need to ask the customer service to make sure EVERYTHING is functioning well, and we will not taking this anymore. Experience of this: 4/10

Good location for gathering, mall is not crowded, restaurants, karaoke, grocery, etc. however Is super headache for traveler with more than 1 vehicle. Cos is only allocate 1 car park. Mall parking rates is per hour count, no max per day limit. For those travel by train or grab service is ok. Cos the right parking lot is not easy to spot, park wrongly management will clamp, penalty RM100. Becaruful. Can book unless no choice. Only enjoy the sky link bridge and the top floor night view.

The loft is very comfortable, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs. The only thing is that the check-in process is a bit complicated.

The room is cozy and nice. Very clean. Feel Like Chinese home. Location is near mrt very convenient. And also near with shopping mall and supermarket. The environment is very good.

The host is responsive, received the deposit refund within 3 days

Furnitures are old, tv not working, curtain jammed. The person giving instructions for self check in not answering promptly

Good for solo backpackers.

Great stay at Minsu EkoCheras! The unit was quite clean, spacious. Super convenient location right above the mall . Check-in was smooth, and the host was helpful. RM200 deposit was required but refunded without issue. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great, can access to shopping Center easily. Overall ok

Pros: Location, 2 bedrooms (rare find), great sunrise view, affordably priced, easy check in and check out process Cons: Only 1 sofa (not enough for 4 of us), chairs provided are high chairs (not suitable for our elderly parents), missing lights in several places (staircase, bathroom), water leaking from 1 of the bedroom windows due to rain

Pre-check good, send 3 days before check in date, good enuf for guest to prepare. Customer service is good, speedy responsive. Unit condition also rate 9 out of 10. Just a thing which I can't accept, the deposit refund mentioned from check in date after 3 working days, it should mention within how many working days instead. End up took 1 week plus to refund.

The admin is very responsive if you have any questions. The unit is so nice and clean and very comfortable. Also the mall is just down the condo so you can easily order food or buy necessities plus the connecting bridge going to MRT is very helpful 😊 super recommended.
